Why I didn't stay

I'm not in the habit of stopping by MP's just to do meet and greets, usually I have intent to stay if I meet a girl I like. Yesterday I knew I couldn't stay but there was a particular girl who has been recommended by another lady friend of mine so I wanted to meet her and discuss my session requirements.

So I stopped by Legends yesterday, two of the girls I know and three I have been interested in. The receptionist was friendly and nice and as I didn't have an appointment she put me in the waiting room to meet the girls. A drink was offered but I declined.

The first girls to come say hi were Tianna and Tiara. Both I've been interested in, read some reviews and were not removed from my should see list....yet. They came together but came in the room seperately to greet me. The introductions lasted 3 SECONDS, that's including both girls each coming in! I caught their names but they were already turning to leave as a handshake was offered. WTF? I couldn't even describe what they were wearing. They didn't know I wasn't planning on staying but I certainly won't ever be returning to see them. I was left wondering how they attract any clientelle. I don't usually discuss restrictions or donations, my needs are very tame and I'm well aware of the going rates, but a little small talk or a smile would have been nice. Oh well, they helped me make up my mind anyway and I guess that is the purpose of meet and greets.

The girl I wanted to meet was Eden. She came to see me wearing a zippered sweater but still looked good. She was willing to talk with me a bit and after introductions I explained why I was happy to meet her. A quick conversation to confirm she could meet my needs, batting her eyelashes over those pretty eyes and sparkling with such a pretty smile. Then she unzipped her sweater to reveal a sexy bikini over a sweet body and she gave me a nice hug commenting on my cologne. Even if I hadn't had a referral I would have been convinced I have to see this woman.

I asked about the other girls but they were in session, one I explained was the girl who brought Eden to my attention. I thought the meeting went very well and we made open plans for my return. Unfortunately I think I gave her the impression I wasn't staying because the other lady was in session which wasn't the case. My apologies to Eden if I offended her in any way, She is a sexy woman who under normal circumstances I would have been eager to have a session with right then and there.

So anyway, my point is, for me seldom do I make a choice based on who looks the best. Presentation includes personality, sure I won't know who you are, but I can sure see who you aren't....the right SP for me.

Are meet and greets a good idea? I normally feel uncomfortable, I wonder how the girls feel about them? I hate to say anything negative about Tianna and Tiara, this in no way reflects on their attitudes in session, I just think more could have been done to generate interest from a prospective client.

The only times I do a meet and greet is when the lady I went to see is busy and the offer is there to meet the other ladies in case I do want to stay with someone else.

My experience at Legends was the same. Went to see Eden (great choice there) but she was busy so it was offered to have me meet the only other person available. Niveah was in and out very quick, but I decided to stay anyway and it turned out great for me. But, yes, the quick hi handshake and leaving in 2 secs didn't start off well.

I like to do the meet and greet thing every now and then... regardless if the one I was intending on seeing is busy or not (Often I will go with her anyway if she isn't busy). I think the meet and greets are a great way of enhancing your To-Do list for next time or providing an alternative if your fav is busy.

One time, I was scheduled to see an SP, I showed up, had my shower and lay on the table. Apparently after I was sent to shower, the SP got an emergency call and had to race out of the facility... so... there I was... nude on the table... 5 mins after laying down, the receptionist comes in. Sheepishly, she explains the situation and asks if I would like to meet any of the other girls. So... I sat up, and said sure! So... I figured I would see how embarrassed each each of the SPs would get about seeing a "prospect" client naked before they were even chosen... man was that funny. 2 of the 3 girls acted as though I had full clothing on, but one was distracted for some reason... I personally like the 'meet and greet'. It gives both of us a chance to feel each other out (not up! ) and see if we would be compatible in a session. I am alot more comfortable booking an appointment with someone I have chatted with but not stayed with before than with someone who is completely unknown.

This is just my point of view though, some girls hate meet and greets and see them as a waste of time. To each their own I suppose. If you prefer to meet first and make a selection later, then by all means do so. It is your right as a consumer and the more information you gather before you make your selection, the better your experience should be.

HOWEVER, here are a few things that will gaurantee you will never have a session with me based on the initial meet and greet:

1. Grabbing me or trying to touch me inappropriately (if we have not agreed to have a session together and set our boundaries, this is assault. yes, really)
2. Asking me very personal or pervy questions (don't behave like a sleaze)
3. Staring at my body the whole time and not looking me in the eyes (I'm a person and I will not stay with someone who I feel will treat me like a piece of meat)

So window shop away guys, but mind your manners because some of us are using this as an opportunity to screen you as much as you are screening us.

I try to treat SPs with the same respect that I would if I were asking them for a date in my non-pooning life. You certainly don't expect to get a date if you are ogling their boobs or grabbing their bottom.

As always it cuts both ways. Sometimes gents are just trolling and wasting the ladies' time and looking for a cheap thrill and sometimes they legitimately want to meet a lady pursuant to having a session if the chemistry is right.

My experience was generally only with ladies who were previously reviewed favorably, the odds on TOFTT just stacked too high against you otherwise.

Even with a good review of course YMMV and even allowing for that factor I had a couple of real dud sessions with ladies I wanted to see (until the session was over) but you just try to handicap the game as best as you can.

I totally agree. If there's an SP who has been favourably reviewed or I have received some good intel about her, I definately like to meet her in person and get a feel if there might be some chemistry between us. Besides what one pooner likes about an SP looks and service doesn't necessarily mean she'll fit my criteria.
I don't think it's fair to an SP to prebook a session with her and then cancel when you get there because she isn't for you.

Hopefully most SPs don't mind the meet and greet because it is part of the buisness, and does help in getting a feel for each other. Unfortunately there are idiots out there who abuse it. Just the other day an SP told me how she routinely sees the same guys stop in to meet who's working. You think after a few visits they would already know the entire staff.

As you probably read in my Paige review, I did the meet & greet at Legends and only saw Tiara for like 3 seconds. She struts into the room looking really fine, but before I could even start a brief chat she's out the door again.
