Why Kind of Massage Is This?

There are different kinds of massages but I really need to know what this style is called.
What it involves.
a) The massage therapist covers your back and elbows your ribs before the massage begins.
b) Rubs you down to feel any knots in your back and then massages the muscle out.
c) Manipulates your shoulders by moving them around and massaging the muscle in your shoulder blade.
d) Gets you to flip over and stretches your neck side to side while massaging the neck.
e) Puts her fingers in and around the base of your skull and massages around the nerves in the neck leading to the head.
f) Finally stretches it nicely.

What kind of massage is that? It isn't deep tissue massage because I've tried that. Thankyou.

This sounds like swedish massage. If you go to another therapist and ask for swedish massage, it will have similarities but not be identical, because each massage therapist has his/her own way of putting all the elements of the massage together.
