A birthday gift led to anguish for a Brooklyn waitress who says in a new lawsuit she was sexually assaulted during a massage.
The woman, whose name is being withheld because of the nature of the allegations, went to the Green Spa and Wellness Center on Third Ave. in Bay Ridge on Feb. 15 to redeem a gift card for pedicure, facial and deep tissue massage.
After she finished the facial and pedicure, her day of relaxation went downhill when the massage therapist named Ilya violated her, according to a lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
The masseuse sexually molested the woman who "immediately froze and couldn't speak" during the ten minute nightmare, the lawsuit said.

As Ilya walked out of the room, he allegedly told her he hopes she feels better now.
The 23-year-old woman got dressed and hurried out of the establishment. She immediately told her cousin and aunt what happened and filed a police report the following day.
Because of the worker’s actions, “(she) felt extremely humiliated, degraded, victimized, embarrassed and emotionally distressed,” the lawsuit read.
A worker for the spa declined to comment on the matter or confirm if Ilya is still an employee.
She's suing for an unspecified amount for negligence, battery and discrimination.
