well in terms of quality i would say its to each their own as the saying goes beauty is in the eye of the beholder, in terms of rates i ado agree there may go up a bit after in any business overheads have to be taken into consideration and in this line for the SP's and their bosses the largest overhead is rent so based on rent amount the price is likely to rise a little.... but then i'm always the optimistic kind when i first started mongering 1b1f and 2b2f used to orpertate from ch and then moved to to NL permanently around end of 2008 i guess since i had been a regular with them since early 2007 the prices didn't change for me in terms of ladies but the room charge did go up slightly....

but in conclusion the only thing i can say is that at the end of the day we pay for a service but at the same time we we expect a level security so as not get in trouble... and others have issues with the price hikes etc then the only thing to do is compromise on the security as well quality at their own discretion but this is just my 2 cents..... if i offended anyone then i sincerely apologize

But then i realised few things and then shifted to colaba sp.
But can say that their was a time when had some gala time in NL.
But now in past few years things have change.
Girls regulary have 8 works their and comes 4 days a week.
Just imagine what wld be the quality then.

Bhai 4k ka fix rate hai usska.
5k wo bol hi nahi sakti.
And bhai many have visited the place and are happy paying 4k to sp for the same.
And bhai jab gand mai dum nahi hai to no kyu liya mang ke.
Be clear what you wana say.
No lena and fir ye bolna ki meri gand mai dum nahi hai.
Ye baat kuch samaj nahi aa rai bhai.

i know what u mean too bro.... i started mongering around the end of 2006 and until 2010 i never had a bad experience in kanchas dens except for one time in early 2007 when one chick just outrightly kept demanding a tip all through out the session at which point as soon as the first session was done i nicely brought up the issue with the SP i knew and asked that for another girl to which he obliged kindly and hen i i was giving him the cash for the second girl he refused to accept it since he had recommended that i take that first girl the second one i took was already tried tests and one of my favorites but even then i know these women have family to feed since SP refused to take payment for the second girls i gave said payment directly to girl.... but the best part of those days was that i would usually pay a flat 5000 rupees and had no time limit on how long i stayed..... one thing i can say is that even though we are paying for a service a little kindness and respect plus being humble can go a long way with SP and lady during those days...... how ever a small secret is that that same kindness and humble demeanor and respect even today goes a long way out of the 3 girls i banged in my one week in mumbai last year 2 gave me their numbers with out even asking for it and said to meet them out no cash unfortunately i didn't take up the offer since it was closer to the end of visit i'm still in touch on whatsapp with one fo the girls as a friend but she isn't in mumbai currently

Itss better to avoid NL manoj & kancha r playing with Customerzz yesterday what dey did is wen my frnd called them dey said open hai come.
But after reaching their Manojwa told take chick n go 2 lodge.

Big nonsense going on. My friend told in his face fuck u straightly went back home. Shame n cheap talk of sp after all dalal toh dalal ho rahega.

Actually builders r interested in taking up d land for redevelopment. So its done intentionally chances r very few dat it will open again.

Even if it opens this time we customers will face LE dats 4r sure itss my opinion.

Cozz Le don't benefit by stopping all such thngs cozz dey also need haftaas. Bit dis time toh haad ho gayi hai.

Yes... Builders wanted to redevelop this land parcel is a truth... But considering the current slump in real estate coupled with no reduction in compliances/regulations for cluster redevpt.(in current scenario, cluster will only make project viable here), this time it's not bcoz of the builder lobby... It's bcoz of ANB this time... So even local LE are on their toes ....

The Worst Birthday Ever!!!

Well I would like to call it a Night to forget. I have been keeping track of events on the forum for the past week or so and know that things are kind of tight off late. I have been a regular at NL for over a year now. Not proud of it, but started out as a Newbie at KP and FL Rd, but my mongering really took off at NL this past year. So, I Kind of wanted to take the back seat to see how things unfolded off late. SECTIOn Garam. However, it was my Bday yesterday and I was desperate and decided I needed some action. A Senior Monger from Delhi, a few months back took the Liberty of showing me all the Hotspots, that are within a 2 KM radius of NL. He's a Pro and has knows these places from the early 00's. Sheesh Mahal, Lamington Road, Tribhuvan Lane, Congress House, NL, you name it, he knew it. He took the time out to show me patiently. I really appreciated his effort to show me around of what really was on offer. However on the day that really mattered. I ended up with nothing. Here's the update on Ground Zero. NL was like a ghost town. The construction plot, adjacent to NL that other members have been referring to, had a Cement truck on site. This is at the Wee hours, I'm talking about. The other mongering hot spots mentioned above had heavy patrolling. I was getting desperate now. I headed to KP and FL Rd and I literally witnessed LE harassing and dragging Street WG's at KP. It was a real bummer. Ultimately ended up at a Dance Bar with 10 min's to spare. Had a Beer, while the Girl's left. FYI, it was my first time ever at a DB. Anyway called it a night. Went home and had to Jerk off. I've heard everyone rave about this place in Colaba. Have any Senior Member's had a go......

Have been venturing alot since manny years.
Been to nl and sheesh mahal also that to directly.
The time since i use to visit these places.
It was just 1700.
But than the storm started hitting the place.
New construction has taken a toll on nl.
Shesh mahal rates jumped up from 1200 to 2500 and now 3500.
Service is always good but then i came across this sp who operates in colaba.
She charges 4000 all inclusive.
But that the service and quality of girls really better then nl and sheesh mahal.
As the girls are not commercial.
She provides family oriented girls how do dis for some extra money.
And are not regular to these things.
Mostly young babes and that to not regular to the thing.
Can say a next door kind of stuff.
NL has been a charm for mumbai but now going down drasticly.
And as per my prefrance i dnt like repeating a girl for the next time and this sp is providing new stuff every time.
Now for service i wld suggeat member to confirm it upfront with the sp and girl before the deed.
Bhai apna paisa fokat nahi aata hai.
Paise jab dete hai to service puri chaiye.
Ppl should benefit form this new setup.
Kab tak ek hi jagha ghumte rahoge.

Spoke to the SP who I go from in NL and he was telling me, Aap aa Jao...koi problem nahi hain...I was suspecting if I also dont face the same situation like the Friend of @Raj-piyasa faced of going there and then the SP in NL says if you can take the girl to a a Lodge !

Has anyone opened an innings after NL has reopened after the LE action ? Can someone confirm this ?

Got to know from one of my trusted established biz man 4rm charniRd dat if by Tuesday nl ch doesn't open den expect it to remain close for ever.

Also 70% galzz have moved to their villages.

So even after opening i expect low number of chiks. Better to visit after one week of opening cozz who knows Le action can start anytime also expecting huge rush once it opens.
