Resuming Bar visits:

I just wanted to share this, in case anyone else felt bad about their deeds in any of the bars. I just want to say that someone else has been through this and that though this is a very shitty situation, I lived through this and escaped. It can happen.

• Finding HIV doctors in private clinics is very hard in Mumbai. You should go to a hospital if you think you have to consult with a HIV specialist.
• But the biggest lesson I've learnt is NEVER GET TOO DRUNK AND LOSE CONTROL WITH A WORKING GIRL.

Yes, I do feel headache and pain near eyes. You’re precisely very correct.
But it depends a lot on age and your health too and what dosage you’re taking.

My doctor prescribed me 5mg Tadalafil, which is for everyday. So one 5mg tab everyday.

But to save money, I asked my doctor for 10mg and I cut the tab into half and use it everyday.

Few days ago I tried 10mg (complete tab, without cutting half) and it worked a lot better but the headache and pain near eyes were proportionally more.

I am 30 years old with normal BP. May be the headache is more for older men. It’s manageable for me though. It’s advisable to check with doctor especially if you’re old and/or with irregular BP. Because the eye pain can turn into blurred vision.

If you’re taking high dosage, then lower it and see if you still get headache.

I have tried Cialis too which is the brand for Tadalafil. Tadalafil is generic version. The patent for brand Cialis expired last year so anyone can make Tadalafil drugs. This results into generic versions of Tadalafil by many manufacturers.

But I feel Cialis causes less side effects than it’s generic counter parts. If you re old stick to Tadalafil/Cialis as Sildenafil/Viagra is for spontaneous results (and lasts only few hours) and therefore more chances of headache and eye pain.
