Late by 2 days, but went in on Wednesday and had an epic back massage by Nicole? I believe that's what she said, but I don't see her listed anywhere... Anyway. Fantasic lady, extremely friendly, Very hard worker... I don't know what else to say really. Easily recommended.

I also learned that Wednesdays are ridiculously busy, it's far better to book an appointment than to walk in.

Actually made Vava's acquaintance for the first time, I always wondered why she was cramped up in that tiny corner until I realized that there's a shower taking up the space behind her. Makes me think that SLWest/VitaVera needs to take over the unit beside them .

Only one close to the name may have been Akino and with her accent may have sounded like Nicole but looked like you had a good time. Don’t worry about Vava or the size of the spa, Vava could always go into the the standby room for comfort.

Nah it definitely wasn't Akino. Akino has silver hair, right? If so she came out to the front as I was leaving, so that would rule her out.

Maybe it was Doris. Based on the photos, they both have similar style short hair. .

Yeah we need more info on Flora and the new Julia (not to be confused with Julie). Not sure why they have to pick names so closely pronounced. I suggested a name recently of Josie, easily pronounced and could not be interpreted as any other name but when Renee texted me and said Joise, just had to laugh. Love the broken English
