I believed she wants to hide her identity from the Chinese/Asian customers so nothing off for them. She actually tried to avoid Chinese customers at Ella's closed spa in Markham. You might have a better luck if you are not in her ethnic groups and a repeated customer. She is probably in her high 20's or early 30's.

There are many new younger ladies with more open attitude joining the industry now so she is losing her appeal.
