almost all the girls fall asleep after he gives them his special massage
Just to be clear about a couple of things - I do have a minimal amount of massage training - I took a weekend course at Sutherland Chan some years ago.
Right now I mix a bunch of different styles up - starting with some basic shiatsu to loosen the joints and ribs a bit. Then if she is clothed then I continue with the shiatsu but it’s fairly weak and I need to have more practice with that. If she’s not, I do some basic Swedish massage and then I progress to some decent pressure deep tissue massage. When I find a knot I tend to work it a bit until it’s mostly gone or the girl feels uncomfortable.
I start the back, and the pay special attention to the lower back - add pressure initially and then the later strokes I push to stretch their back while they are still laying down. Because the girls lean over so much, their lower back gets quite strained so this feels pretty good.
After that, I work on the shoulders - I work through the lats and the rhomboids and then through the neck muscles. The important part through all of this is the pacing - how fast each stroke is. You can go fast and get everything covered but if you slow ir down then it can be relaxing and therapeutic at the same time.
After I deal with some of the neck muscles, I do a neck massage, and then move back down to the back and shoulder muscles. One part that is often neglected by guys doing NR is the fore arms and the hands. I make sure it gets done since the hands, fore arms, shoulders get a lot of strain.
After that I work the thighs - start with basic light pressure and build to a deeper pressure. Adjust the speed to how awake and alert the girl is. Feel for whatever knots and work them out if you can, ditto for the calves. Count the number of strokes so that it is balanced to either side. Work out any knots if you encounter them. Then the ankles/achilles. And the heel and then the arch of the feet. Again, watch how fast each stroke is.. slower is more relaxing even if you do apply lots of pressure. If you flip her over, laying there can be cold so I tend to cover her up. I then work the back and neck muscles again while she’s laying face up. It’s a good time to feel close. Here you can work the anterior deltoids as well. After that, you can work on the quads or do a head massage. If you have a lot of time you can do both. I tend to take about 40-45 min to go over the entire body like this.
So there you go - basics of the massage that I give.
ETA: the basic stroke is the Swedish massage stroke. But you gotta know how much pressure to give and how fast to do it.
