I had an annoying experience when I visited SL this time. I called SL on Saturday (Aug 12th) morning and booked Amber for one hour. I said two times clearly that I needed her for one full hour. When I entered SL, I met Honey Bee ( She told me her name later) and told her I had booked Amber for that one hour. She said okay and took me to a room. After I took a quick shower when I came out, I saw Honey Bee standing in the room and wondered why she was there. I told her again that I booked Amber for that one hour. She got angry with me and said I didn't say Amber's name. She was rude and started arguing with me that I didn't say Amber's name. I was already not impressed by her looks when compared to Amber and Sara, and now bcoz of the way she behaved with me, I decided I would never visit Honey Bee. Besides, when Amber came to my room, she told me that she was told I booked her for only 45 mns. It pissed me off that even after clearly informing them two times over the phone that I wanted her for one full hour, she was still informed that she was booked only for 45 mns ( She gave me one full hour anyway). I do not know the name of the person who picked up the phone and why she said 45mns to Amber when I clearly said one full hour.

A simple misunderstanding, blown OOP or BOOP.

Yes, she said I didn't say that. That's what I said in my comment as well. But what I told her was "Amber 1-2 ". If she didn't hear me saying Amber, but heard me saying the hour, It's hard to believe. Also, She was rude and argued with me that I didn't say Amber's name. I knew she would give this response to you bcoz she didn't want to take responsibility for her misbehavior. Besides, 1-2 is not 45 mns. So she was simply being unprofessional with me and she lied to you... I was planning to see her someday after I read the reviews here. But NO... Not at all... Thanks for checking with her though.

One time I said to Renee if anyone makes a legit complaint she need to take action also say thanks to the customer. Because most of the customers had bad experiences don’t complain just simply stop coming back.
As I always do, text them and get the confirmation text.
Language barrier can be an issue but arguing with customer is not acceptable.
