Here's a question from a few weeks ago that was never answered.
What are the chances of staffing the locker room with female attendents?
I think having women rather than men would enhance the overall experience.

Don' think we haven't considered this. The two potential problems with this are: 1) would some guests feel uncomfortable with this concept? and 2) would the female locker attendants be subjected to harassment ?

If there was a way to ensure both were not the case, than this is a no-brainer. Feel free to give your thoughts.

Sorry...I haven't been there yet, but i will be by one day soon. But what is the purpose of the Male attendant in the locker room...i would feel more awkward with him helping me while i changed or showered or something.

LTD points out exactly what I was getting at. Most guys who are going for a massage have already proven they are comfortable being naked in front of a woman, so it should be a non-issue from the client's point of view.
As far as protecting the ladies, I understand where you're coming from. However it's not really that different than protecting the masseuses from aggressive customers.
Actually, a locker room attendent would be somewhat protected by the fact that her interactions with clients are in an "open" area. If there is any misbehaving, it's open for all other clients to witness. Unlike the masseuses who are in a quiet, dark, mostly private room.

You have no idea of the concept of this place. You can not please all of the customers all of the time. That is what sucks about business. No matter how good things can be and how tailored you are to your clientele there is always the few spoiled kids that just do not get it.

I do not know how successful they are nor do I know why the previous owner sold it. It has been around for 30 years. That kind of sounds successful. The previous owner might have moved, died, retired or just did not want to own the business anymore. You keep telling them to do this thing or that thing to make the business better for you. Maybe their business model is not meant for you. Stick with what you like and leave the rest for us. I guess you being part of the competition has nothing to do with it does it? hmmmmmmmmmm

The services that were offered with the previous owner and presently are about the same, just some simple esoteric renovation have occured. The attractiveness of the attendants was and is not the draw there so it is not really necessary to see a line up of the attendants. The attendants never get nude anyway . The previous owner did not permit more than a discrete hj. If the new owner decides to allow much higher mileage to match what is standard at other places than new private rooms have to be constructed but then there would be two tiers of service and attendants in operation.

Well, some NEW guest are not so comfortable with a guy there ...
I find it okay that an older man there to let you know about the general rules.

I don’t think anyone would really harass the attendant, but definitely hard for the female attendant to enforce any rulea...

If they had some big dude near the entrance kind of like a security guard then that would take care 99% of improper treatment of a female locker person. The problem is the 1%. These morons will always be an issue. The other option would be to have a male and female attendant there together in the change area. The problem with that is that the guy would get ignored for the most part making him useless.
