Issues between two people in a closed room can be hard to deal with. It’s easily becoming a he says, she says story.
I had spoken to another owner on tipping and she felt it is difficult to control this inside a room.
It’s not uncommon for young girls to ask a big tipping plus undesirable attitude. I had encountered some cases too. I would not discourage people from not reporting the unhappy experience but sometimes hard to know if the complaint is justified.
