I guess you just have your own range in mind? Like I would now minimum give $60, for a few standard things that I expected to happen in the room.
Doing something extra would get more, preferably kissing. I know some don't kiss and that's alright, but then I would not repeat as there are always new girls.
And if on top of that they do even more within the "semi-legit" limits (I don't really know what's the limit), then I would do to $100.

For repeating regularly, possibly stays at $80 tips. (I know I can get $100 for $80, hack, at some place probably $100 service can happen for $60)

May be I am over paying, or I am paying way too little. I don't know.
But judging from the reaction from new girls, $60 is an okay amount.

Hah that’s another thing.. what each girl does for how much. I guess everything is YMMV…

How do the girls get paid anyways? Is it strictly by tips? An hourly minimum for being around + tips? A portion of the room fees? Is it standardized or does it vary on the girl? I guess this isn’t the thread to get those questions answered. But it would definitely affect how I perceive compensation for the time and effort spent.

Absolutely, I'm with you on that. Just want to add that some guys prefer to keep things low key about the tips they leave, and that's totally fair. Bragging can definitely send the wrong message and lead to all sorts of speculation about what went down. Keeping it discreet is always a good move.

I guess it's nice to have someone to say it so everyone know what it's like out there.

I posted it above, and if everyone thinks I am paying too much, it's alright, you can all tell me about it, so I am paying higher than market rate. I won't change how I pay, but when I see a new girl, I would know not to mess it up (at least not too much) for everyone else.

On the flip side, those who tip generously might not mention it to keep things special. So, both the over-tippers and under-tippers tend to keep it under wraps. It’s a funny balance, really!

Yeah. I guess $40/$50 for one hour, is not bad, pretty much standard.

As far as I know and heard from many places, cheap ass is paying maybe $20/hr or less!

Like think about it, nowadays for a decent take out is $20+, that would satisfy your hunger. Then $40 is a nice take out meal, and $60 is decent dine-in meal...

And everyone has their own opinion/budget. In the same plaza you can get a few bun to fill you up for $10, a 2 for 1 special for like $15 at the cafe/ restaurant, and or nearly $20 for some oxtails on the other side...

Yeah. I think if people could be a bit more upfront it would be nice. Like for an hour, if you are happy with the service then, say, $50-70 range. If you are mostly happy the 40-60 and more if you feel the girl went the extra distance for you. Setting expectations helps everyone.

The reason why I brought this up… the first time I saw Vanna, I didn’t know how much to tip. After some prodding she finally said $25. I was like Uuh ok. Here’s $45. For an hour. I thought I was tipping more when in reality I was short changing the poor girl. Ugh. Now I totally feel like an asshole.

ETA: Vanna was the first girl I saw at a semi legit so I had absolutely no idea what the proper amount was..
