What truly impressed me was her personal touch. She ensures every customer feels valued, often checking in on MP to gather feedback and make improvements. It’s evident she’s deeply invested in creating a top-notch experience for her clients. I also notice that the spa is always spotless, and well maintained. Kudos to her exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency.

Yes I would agree to all your points and especially this. I've been to some other spas that are great, but once in a while I notice stuff. Although I never post it publicly, I do send a DM to the promoter about the issues I found. Never had to do that with IU and been here plenty of times. At the end of the session, the girls are busy cleaning. The only inconsistent thing I noticed was at the shower sometimes there's a mat, sometimes there is paper on top of that mat. Sometimes it's just paper. Or more recently, there's neither. I know they have a lot to do to turn over a room pretty quickly. I generally always use my towel anyways. Just a very small thing.

I had two incredibly good sessions with Vanna at IU Wellness on Kennedy Rd. Her real pics look attractive, so after seeing some positive reviews, with some details but not too much, I decided to check her out for myself.
I booked one hour the first time, and so glad I did. 30 minutes would have flown by much too quickly. After my shower, it was time for action. Vanna's massage is very good, I requested medium pressure, and she was working my muscles deeply enough, then transitioned to some excellent teasing. I knew at that point that I picked a good one. Good massage combined with fun is the way to go for me. She is quite pretty, young, and has a slim smooth body with nothing out of place. Naturals, about C Cups I guess. IU is a semi holistic spa, and I felt like the fun factor was equal if not better than fs, that's how much fun she is.
