Booked Alicia the other day after hearing the good reviews.. I could tell she was inexperienced/new, but that didn't bother me. The session started off well, was one of the better GFE's I've had in a while..

Half way through the session someone knocks on the door. She tells me she'll be back in 5 minutes (routine law enforcement spot check).. so I wait 5 minutes, which turns into 15, 30, then 45mins .. confused I get dressed leave the room and ask what's going on.. I get advised she doesnt have a licence and is talking to police, might be a while so cant finish the session. Manager tells me to wait in the room while she takes a look at what she can do, disappears for another 30 minutes (I've now been at the spa 1 hour 30 mins), frustrated I go to the front ask again what was going on and get told you can leave (she had forgot I was even in the room).. after arguing another 25 minutes (now 2 hours at the spa), the manager agrees to waive the 40$ door fee, keep my other $100 and basically tells me to fuck off.. Alicia had told her manager that because she started giving me a blowjob, she was owed full compensation and the despite me only receiving 15 mins without a finish (after paying for a full 30 min session) they fulfilled their end of the bargain. I've been a regular for years, come in 1-2 times a week and could not believe the lack of respect so ask for the owner. He tells me "the cops are gone now she could continue". I'm confused but think ok let's finish, wait ANOTHER 25 mins (now almost 2 and half hours at the spa), only to have Alicia come in and tell me she now has another appointment I have to leave. No refund, remorse or sympathy whatsoever. To make it worse, she kept reminding me she sucked my dick and tried to act like the session was basically done before the cops showed up (despite us only being 10-15 mins in without a finish), so I shouldn't be upset and it was somehow not an issue. Then i catch her lying when she tells me shes not allowed to work for the rest of the shift because of the police fine, despite telling me a few mins prior her manager was making her tell me to leave because she had another appointment coming and was already late .. just goes to show its money over principle for these girls and spas.

It's a shame, but Seduction has lost one of it's most loyal customers! I wouldnt be mad if it was a one off, but over the years this place has gotten progressively worse. Too many of us are being taken advantage of, ripped off or provided poor services while we continue to shell out hard earned dollars to this establishment and just look the other way.

Owner/management dont care, this wasnt the first time I've been with a girl who they let work unlicensed.. I recall a session with lorena when she first started told me upfront she had not got her licence yet and bylaw might possibly come in and check.. she didnt seemed concerned, said they just ask a few questions and the leave. First of all, bylaw inspections are just a reality in all licensed establishments. Nobody likes them but short of writing a letter to your local city Councillor to change the bylaws or the enforcement policies will change that.

Secondly, we did everything in our power to really make this right with Essem. Our manager offered a $40 refund with an additional $50 credit on future visits for what amounted to half a session. When he asked to speak to me, I could tell he was upset and asked multiple times what else we could do to make up for his experience. Perhaps this somehow wasn't clear when we were talking but we do our best the offer great customer service to our clients to ensure they are satisfied. To suggest I basically offered nothing and told him to fuck off just isn't an accurate description of what had occurred. We know and appreciate this is not an inexpensive service and we always try to make things right with our clients, even if things like bylaw inspections are out of our control.

In any case, I have reached out to Essem in an attempt to further address the issue to his satisfaction. I can honestly say we have done everything in our power to this point to make it right. If anyone else has any issues or concerns please just feel free to PM me and I will look into the matter and hopefully resolve it.

Sorry but I have to respond to this because although what you say is accurate, it is way out of context and doesnt tell the full story.

You offered 40$ yes which I acknowledged however, important to note this after me arguing with the manager and waiting atleast 45 mins before I was even taken seriously. In reality I was asked to just walk the first few times, then offered $20 until you went up to $40.. wasnt as straight foward as you make it appear. And just to clarify, when I said I was basically told to fuck off, it was just a figure of speech, I dont mean that literally.

Second, yes you offered another 50$, but important to note this is now an hour and 30 minutes later, after I've refused to deal with the manager and asked for an owner.. and to add insult to injury, I was told that you would have to go take the money from the girl in order to give it to me, not a future credit which would have different. As I explained to you that day I felt bad making you do that because just before you came in the girl had come in to apologize, tell me that shes had a bad day, was stressed, got a hefty fine for the licence and could not issue me any sort of refund - any man with even a touch of class would feel guilty telling her boss to go take it from her and then expect to book again with her knowing that was going to be on her mind. Being a regular who sees a lot of girls at your spa (including 3 who were there that night and saw me arguing) I hope you can see that you put me in a lose lose predicament either way (I declined your offer to protect my reputation and maintain some sort of dignity with the girls had I ever chose to come back - I should not have been put in that position). I would have been much more understang if you had just taken responsibility through a small loss as the owner, considering I was a longterm regular and an more importantly just do right by your girls because they matter too. If you let them work without a licence and these things can happen, you should bare some of the responsibilities and not make the client appear as the villan. Your spa was perfectly content with me just walking out after I said I would never return because of how you decided to deal with the situation. One would assume that as a business you would try to make the situation right, even if it meant taking a small loss because that's just the right thing to do.. I spend more money at your spa then I do on my mortgage most months.. wheres the loyalty and why were we even negotiating? thats just my view, but what do I know right?

If the girl has her licence it's a quick check, she gets dressed walks out and is back max 5 minutes later and you continue (I've been with multiple girls where I've witnessed this happen and completely understand). My issue is when spas knowingly allow girls without a licence to work - that's when you run the risk of stuff like this happening and ultimately like in my case the customer ends up paying for something the spa could have easily avoided and should be responsible for.

Profits must outweigh the fines and the customer experience as I've learned the hard way is clearly an afterthought.

I’d like you to address having girls working there WITHOUT a license!!

That puts all customers at risk...this means the girls are not properly checked for STDs etc.

most places fine girls that "book" a shift and do a no show. The spa is renting a room to the mpa and providing amenities. That is their cut.

Exactly my point, as an establishment, they should make sure all the girls are licensed!! That’s like going to a doctor and finding out they don’t have a license to practice. Regular bylaw checks..with unlicensed girls and not compensating the customer for his wasted 1.5 hours and potential embarrassment and charges. That coupled with the increase of pricing means its time to go to another spa.

The owner could have fixed the problem on the spot as he claims he was there and he didn't . You're only attempting now after the fact because you've been called out. You don't seem genuine to me.

I was with Amia (now name changed to Riah) a few months back. She too told me that she is not licensed to work @ Seduction. It is obvious the lack of licenses is not really an issue with Seduction management. the fact that the owner sidestepped this issue in his response to OP, only corroborates it.
