这种情况之前从未出现，这次是大量未使用过的，集中扔在在这两个Plaza显然是有目的。请你赶紧号召大家紧急应对。

There were a few in front of JR as well. Condoms cut opened with scissors ? Nobody uses scissor to open a condom. I might be wrong but it could be a deliberate attempt by some one to put down spas at 160 East beaver because 160 was exempt from closing down.

Good point. Could be mischief but condoms in parking lots are very common more public parks and such. Just mentioned to my favourite, when recession hits customers get worse, my experience in other service jobs.

For those owners considering a move to Vaughan, here are some facts to consider.

2. When applying for one, you have to get a zoning permit.
3. They will do an inspection before granting one.
4. After all that, will you still get one? That is the big "IF"

It has been windy these days, and I found a lot of safe peaches in front of several stores yesterday afternoon. I don't know who did it or if it was the wind. Sisters, please check if there are any at your door. If there are, please clean them up. Also, if anyone has a camera that can see who did it, please let me know. I saw them at 160, 165, and 155. They are all the same color from the same brand.
This situation has never occurred before, and this time there are a large number of unused ones, which are concentrated in these two Plaza. Obviously, there is a purpose. Please urge everyone to take urgent action.
