His face become a little bit red colour , his health coming back, he said: " when I put weight on, my stomach become bigger, I don't like my stomach becoming bigger"

One day I went his garage, I looked his face, his face become dark and yellow again, I said:" Raj, you should remember that you didn't take care of your body properly for ten years, you shouldn't not eat any cold foods like fruits or any raw vegetables like cucumber, carrots celery..." he said "oh I can't eat cucumber?!" I said: "yes, it is cold and raw, you can't eat!!", he said : "oh that is why I feel cold again , I sat in front of TV eating cucumber this week! " I said:" you see, I see your face I know what you eat"
This story tell us that our body has very strong ability to repair to rebuild to regenerate any problems unless emergency like fractures, dislocations, fire burns...
