B&S Needs a Renovation

I have only been to B&S once since I am rarely in that area or even in the GTA for that matter. But even though it was a Saturday and a walk-in I was ushered into a beautiful and decorous room.;much larger and comfortable than many rooms I have seen in the so-called "top" places. It was clean, the receptionist was very attentive and gracious and the MPA I selected of the two available was a lovely demure girl.
There seems to be a tendency among many who visit this website to bash any alleged competitors of those which get the bulk of the flattery. Well, based on one visit four months ago, at that time I would have had no problem rating B&S with any of those in the conventional top line-up.
In fact, so far as piped-in music is concerned, I very recently visited Allure to receive the wonderful ministrations of a new girl there by the name of Megan. But her best efforts -as she acknowledged- were not at all aided by music of the sort played when you are put on hold.

Let's be fair here. Okay somethings aren't in the best of condition but for the price we pay at B & S can we complain? It is much more expensive at some of the other top spas and their conditions aren't much better. For example, IT has a few shower nozzles that have seen better days and the carpets aren't getting any better. Will this stop me from going to IT or B & S? No. The service and mpas are what keep me coming back.

In addition to service and cleanliness I think the managers at B & S have always treated me well. The place is also secure (locks at front and on doors) and the hours are awesome (open very late). Finally I've always felt comfortable there be it chatting with the management or hanging out in the lounge playing pool or a vid game. As far as an over all experience is considered I have no complaints. I have never walked out thinking about the towels or shower.

Forgot to mention that B & S is non-smoking now. You have to go outside for a smoke. So I don't think its that smokey anymore.

I visit B&S from time to time. While I agree with some of the comments above, I found B&S to be a decent MP. The rooms are much larger compare to other MPs. I have never seen a towel with a hole yet. The facility is not top notch but I usually seen the MPAs clean the hot tub and the shower in the morning and there is no extra charge for a hot tub session. I found the price to be very reasonable and the location is very convenient for me. They also have some gems in the past that are comparable to some of the MPAs working in the high end spas (Lexus, Stella, Sydney, Emma, Tina & Victoria to name a few). My overall experience is satisfactory as I usually get the full time of my session and I only have a few run in with the mixed up/delayed appointment.

High end spas have their positive and negative aspect as well. I often found my experience there to be full of repetition. The first encounter is always exciting but as I repeat I often have a hunch that some of the conversation might have been scripted. It is probably because MPAs in lower end MPs are less well trained: they seem to act a little more natural which I prefer. High end spas always deliver top notch service and the customers’ expectation are higher as they are paying top dollars. I enjoy both the top end and lower end spas and I rotate between them.

Too Bad that B&S Managment doesn't come on here and read our beef. I don't see why they would cry over 2 or 3 cans of paint and some labor hours. That and the fresh cloths to "Replace" the worn ones followed by dumping the old ones instead of keeping them behing.

Maybe one day they will figure out the puzzle of why they are losing Customers and crack open the can of paint.

Man they can at least perform some maintenance on the place, they have broken ceiling tiles and floor tiles, doesnt take much.

After a layoff of over a year and a half, I was at B&S a few weeks ago. I thought it seemed just as nice as it used to do. And so did Olivia.

The other day I accidentally ripped 2 towels in half. Honestly, it wasn't on purpose. They just tore.

I wonder if they will stitch them back together.

I recently started to work at B&S and I think its a great spa for many reasons.#1 It's well manage, the owners, managers and receptionist are amazing.#2 It is non-smoking now.#3We have to follow a very strict cleaning procedure, morning-midd shift-end of day are always a overall cleaning of everything and after each customer we clean shower-tub-floor and sheet change.#4 Clientele is AMAZING(you guys rock!!)very polite, clean and fun to massage.After this said...I have to agree a quick make over would be nice and I am planning to talk to the owner about some reno and knowing him I am sure he will agree.He is great!Maybe some theme room would be cool to try out.What kind of theme room you guys thinks are nice?

Forgetting the funny towel humor.. B&S is a great spa. One my top repeat locations. Only beef I have is the not having a schedule online, but I don't mind calling in and bugging them.
