ok. Getting back to one of OG's earlier post about the girl complaining her guy doesn't gym.. do you guys work out?
Yes/no? What is your routine like? I was trying for 5 workouts every week before the holiday break. I haven't gone for a couple of weeks, and went back to lifting this past weekend. Ugh. sore af. And starting next week, back at it for 6 workouts/week, doing mostly cardio (3 hours of weights vs 5 hours of cardio). I still haven't gotten this zone 2 shit down but can't wrap my head around how slower is faster. Or do you just play sports?
Zone 2 training will eventually increase your aerobic capacity and also allows your body to recover more efficiently. I do a lot of that in running...
I need to get back to weight training though...
