It's been my experience that all these chicks only count in increments of 20s.
20 for a hj in her snowsuit
40 for a hj in her birthday suit
60 for a hj in her birthday suit w/ touching
and so on.
My experience is that 30$ & 50$ tips always get a negative reaction. When I have a 50, or a 30, the chick is thinking either she's being ripped by 10$ (30 instead of 40) or giving up 10$ that could be hers (20 instead of 30).

Just my observation from a couple episodes that weren't nearly as ugly as the one you just described.
