Do you have a policy about cell phones for your attendants?
I was there recently, I won't say who I had because I don't want to possibly get someone in trouble if you indeed don't have a policy.
My attendant set her cell phone up on the table in the corner and proceeded to watch a TV show for half of my 1 hour massage. I don't like the idea of camera enabled devices in the room with me when I'm in a volundtable face down position, but since she was clearly using it to watch TV I didn't say anything. If that was all that happened, I probably wouldn't bother posting this and just not come back to the business, but there's more.
Her phone kept buzzing (messages). Several times she picked up her phone, while lazily rubbing my shoulder with one hand and her phone in the other. I didn't know what she was doing so I lifted my head up to see and she was texting with one hand. Another time she put the cell phone on the massage table next to my head and was tapping the screen, I assume texting.
Throughout the massage she picked the phone up several times which was very uncomfortable.
If you don't have a cellphone policy I think you should come up with one. If you do have a policy, I think it's time for a refresher with your staff
