there is a difference between opions and slender. To say something like the restaurant use expired ingredients to serve customers can considered as slander unless the person who wrote that can back up the claim.

To say the food suck, that is opinion.

When that spa owner wrote that bullshit text, I reminded her it was my personal opinion. Quite frankly, why would I trash a spa that is at least 15 km away from the spa I allegedly promoting when there are several ones beside them. I also reminded her that the mpa claimed to be a Japenese is indeed a Chinese. I know that because I know the mpa in question well.

No, I'm pretty sure that for it to be defamation it has to be intentionally false and malicious. In other words, you have to be lying, know that it's a lie, and doing it to hurt them.

You are like me. I don't write negative reviews. The reason being is she might be having a bad day or I wasn't her type. I always click well with most and i have much better session than some most times but i held back a lot cuz it could be a ymmv or the girl was doing me favor knowing who I was.
Some called me shills, if I have to post what I really got, they might call me I am full of shit. We have to remember these girls are human being and we all are different in looks, hygiene and generosity. So a well reviewed girl might not mean anything to some cheap aggressive stinky assholes.

there are so many lawyers out there. Heck there are lawyers who chase ambulances for a living. I know a lawyer who can be barely speak English offering immigration legal service. Nothing came out of the threat. It has been a couple of years. I guess the spa owner is still waiting for the day I actually step into her spa.

Yes. And I got a text to remove a review. I understand why, as I didnt want to get the girl/spa in trouble, but I didn't like that they figured me out that easily.

I use a burner phone and fake names. Never want life to intersect with hobby and even though this account I'm on doesn't give away who I am the fact that someone I've now seen in person knows this handle just doesn't sit well with me.

Ah well life goes on.

But yes 100% girls and spa owners read these boards.
