It so happened at my first time to E&M, the owner, Michelle, was looking after the reception. Without an appointment, I had to wait for about half an hour and Michelle suggested me to use the sauna first.

Michelle led me to the basement and showed the facilities and turned on the sauna - I then took a shower before heading into the sauna - my clothes were put into a locker. I held only a key to the locker. I showered again after about 15 minutes and put on the robe. When the massage room was ready Michelle came down to lead me to the room. Bring with your wallet into the room - you have to pay the room fee and tip to the girl (or to the reception) after the session. I normally pay to the girl.

As I said before, I did not know at that time the receptionist was the owner and wondered what a good and caring reception services. Even there is no one show you around, when you go down to the basement and you will easily figure out what to do. If there is no one came down to the basement at about the time to get you, you may simply call the receptionist with their number to find it out. I did that once.

Most of the decent size semi legit spas do not have shower in the rooms. E&M has 4 shower stalls, 2 on each end of the basement and one sauna on each end. Dry sauna on back side of the basement and wet sauna on front side. The lockers, the robes and the slippers are there for you. You can leave your belongings in the lockers or bring back to your assigned room. I usually leave my stuffs in the locker and go back up to my room with a robe or wrapped with a towel cuz I will need to take shower again after the session.

I usually go into the sauna after the massage to steam clean myself from the massage oil. In summer season I go into sauna first after golfing , then take a shower and massage. The sauna is free and no time limit. It is best to call half hr ahead to get the sauna ready if you are planning to go into sauna before the session. The sauna at E&M takes about 15 -20 minutes to heat it up. Just Relax sauna needs just 5-10 minutes. There were times you may run into other hobbyists when walking down to shower and there may be times you may have more than one person in the sauna. I had befriended a few while sitting in the sauna room.

No big deal with other guys in sauna. If you go to Dynasty Health club you will always be with a few guys in the sauna there. I always put 2-3 guys in sauna when the spa is busy and the wait time is longer than 15 minutes. It happened quite often at Just Relax as well.
Two weeks ago 3 girls from E&M wanted me to join them to go to Korean sauna place Seoul Zimzilbang but I already had some other better plans so I declined
I have been in the sauna a few times with some ladies from E&M last yr and a yr before. I think those were the days when the weather was really bad and business was dead slow. . Sorry haters..

Not like they would be naked lol. Korean saunas give u a t-shirt and shorts to wear while u are in the facility. Hope the 3 included Jessica and Mia.
