All I know is she is only 20 yrs old and cute. Michelle wants me to be there to train her since she has no previous reception experience. The job may look easy but it is not at a busy spa like E&M. It was not just answering phone and taking appointments only, you have to know how to keep the walk in customers when all the girls are busy, you have to do 6-7 loads of laundries a day and you have to make sure they have enough towels and robes. Sometimes you have to clean the shower rooms , sometimes you have to help clean the massage rooms when masseuses have a wiating customer already in another room. Dealing with rude and cheap customers is another one and sometimes dealing with the moody boss is also part of the job..lol.. So far I have only kicked out 2 undesirable customers and told them never to come back.

I thought she had a good memory. On my second session with her, I had my head face down when she came in. 5 mins into massage she remembered me just by touching my back and arms.
