I feel for you because I had the same experience and know who are you talking about. I used to tip that girl either 50 or 60 depending on her service. Once I tipped her $50, she asked for more and not enough. Hope she will improve it in the near future and customers won't come back if she gets used to it. I believe majority of customers who would tip $60 or less for only HJ.

All the people who say 50 dollar tip is not enough need to specify which mpa so that others can confirm or just shut up.
