$80 for a 3 minute BS and poor HE which is why I will never return there. I have been to E&M 7-8 times seeing 5 different ladies and have left completely satisfied every time. Each visit was $50 +$50 = $100

Krayjee you have given many accurate reviews which we all appreciate but your above statement is not reality just your made up thoughts. The reality is $30 difference for a terrible visit compared to a cheaper much better visit. The difference between a great business and good one is consistency and E&M for me is batting 1000% while Shangri 0%. So i dont have to think twice about where to go.

It is so obvious who you're promoting but if you want to be more credible just acknowledge the issues with the spas and work on improving them. Instead of posting your nonsense reply above just apologize and promise to fix the issue. You are very quick to take credit for your many accurate reviews but have difficulty accepting the poor ones. You seem like a very honest guy trying to help everyone just don't be so defensive when someone posts a negative review about your place or girls you promote.

Thanks for the comment. Everybody has different tastes and likes. Every spa has their good and bad girls. I have gotten rid of lots of girls at Shangri La who failed to serve the customers well. You cannot blame the whole spa for one bad experience. I do know Ashley is a bit greedy but she has lots of regulars of her own who are so happy with her and tipping her to a point my jaws almost dropped at one time. Some of her reglars from Amore spa followed her here said it all.
I have had some customers fuming mad and stormed out of E&M after seeing Jessica while I was doing reception there, but she has her own kind of customers who are very happy with her . I have had guys who complained about Nana to me as well. So it is best to know what your needs are and what you are looking for.

One guy was here on Sunday looking for a hard massage at SL. We have no one that day so I sent him to Just Relax. He was chit chatting with me for a few minutes and talking to me about one of the E&M girl who is pretty much useless and kept asking him money money in the middle of session. I am pretty sure he might be reading this and smiling.

The worst part of this is that you are aware and let her get away with it. This kind of attitude will be your downfall. Yes she will have her regulars that tip her well but this will not bring in new customers which every business needs to be successful. You need to understand girls like Ashley will make money in the short term but will never last long and when the regulars stop coming and she leaves for another spa you will be left with nothing. Like I said consistency is key to any business and your girls need to treat every customer like a king not only the ones who tip her enough to make your jaw drop.

I hear you loud and clear but it is hard to talk to a girl like Ashley who has been doing this for yrs and some of her old customers from Diamonds at Kennedy and Finch are still following her to this day. She reads these reviews regularly so she knows what's going on. She is also a human being so there is no way she will be able to click with every one like a robot.

Michelle is a different story. She is the best of the best in the market in whole GTA so far as I know. Just let her do her things and enjoy, you will always go home happy.

Think of it as a sports team. No one is better than the team. If you are not working to make the team better then you are not a team player. If someone feels they are better than the team you need to get rid of them, they will be the cancer of the team.
