I have done this, TG's are magical and get into your head.

If you are planning to stay home and not live in LOS then give youself 6 to 8 weeks before your head clears up. A long distance relationship like this, seen through clear eyes means you know its to much hard work.

Keep your happy memories and start planning the next trip, where a new adventure begins. :

So guys where was I?
This is much harder now I am home and fed up but hey here goes.

So day 4 missed breakfast yet again the late nights are great that night but not so great the morning after.
Although I dont suffer hangovers I do get run down so orange juice and multi vits it is.
My girl is the best we just lay there all morning and cuddled watching TV.
The plan for the day is a scooter around the Island.
Holy crap they are scary little machines but a great laugh got caught in serious rain driving through Patong but loved it.
cleared up in minutes so we headed for the beach for a walk and yes a dreaded jet-ski.
Being with her felt like I had known her years and after lunch which she bought we headed to a temple which was so amazing and then watched the sunset over the ocean from the cliff top.
She talked about all sorts of things and I decided to bring her to a movie in the multiplex.
I have never seen someone look so happy or get so excited about a movie in my life.She was like a kid I didn't realize this was totally unexpected and a unique experience for her.So I let her choose the movie and she went for Pandorum,turns out she loves scary movies.
It was bloody good and curled up on a double seat was awesome.The mall is pretty good too.Especially the air con

Everything is possible m8, and that's coming from an old cynic like me

I know a few guys from Ireland who are happily married to ex BG's so its deffo possible

Take the advice of the guys who say don't jump in and go back and see her alot before you decide what to do..........the one thing during this period thats hard to deal with is the thought of her working and being with other men (a very complicated subject)

Even if you do get together you will spend the rest of your days trying to work out if she loves me or is it the money 5555555 so be prepared

She doesn't ask for money, she paid for gasoline..

BG's use different tactics to extract money out of farangs. That's just one example.

She doesn't have anything to loose staying in contact with you, even if she doesn't care about you emotionally. Not asking for money makes you think she's real, and will make you more willing to actually send her some should she later request it, or maybe you will even ask her yourself if you are allowed to send her something.

How long have you been home? If she will try, it should take at least 1 week before she tells you that her phone is broken (still not asking for money).

But off course, she may really like you.

None of us really know mate... all Bar Girls are different. She probably does like you... but she may like others as well and so keeps you all sweet... hoping that one of you turns into a long term thing...

They can still be with customers while sending an SMS... but as long as you can accept she has to work... you'll handle it fine...

If you like her... go back and see her a few times. One girl I knew waited over 6 months before she asked me for any money. I said "no" she accepted it and still emails me regularly even though I have not seen her for 3 years...

Just relax... and see her again next trip... and enjoy. But keep your money in a bank.

This is THE question. You got bitten by a TG! Some will tell you "it's her job, forget about her" some will tell you "go for it, see what happens"

It really is up to you. What do you want to do about it? What can you do about it? What do you want to do about it?

For my part it took 11 weeks for the money request to come.

You had a great time, you're just back, you'll be suffering the LOS blues... when will you be back? Keep in touch if you like but if she's a BG then she will be working while you aint there.

Some have made a success of BG relations, others wouldn't consider the thought. Up to you.
