That is generally true, but you can improve your odds by following the time proven techniques learned in this forum. True, nothing is guaranteed. If you don't want to buy a drink for the girl- don't. Everyone has their own style.

Buying a lady drink doesn't guarantee a GFE, but it does usually help you avoid the bad lay. Plus, i personally enjoy having a drink with a lady and maybe cuddling a bit and talking before heading to the room. It makes the experience a bit less impersonal and businesslike. IMHO having a drink and hanging out a little while will reveal a lot about a girl's personality. To each his own. The point is to have fun.

Any frequent TJ monger will tell you that bad sexual experience is bound to happen with so many chicas of different shapes, forms and personalities. Let us just relax a little bit. If I can bang a few chicas, have a couple of tecates and get my ass safely out of TJ, I would say I had a terrific time no matter how my 'sexual experinces' were in TJ. Remember, some battles can be lost but you don't lose the war.

What I said was that those who don't approach guys at all will most likely give you a mediocre service at best. I didn't say those who are super aggresive will give you a good service though. I will avoid both types. I will take a friendly chica over a stiff stick any day. Usually I do not try to super-analyze a chica to see if I can get a good service upstaires. I only look for a couple of things. Is she friendly ? Does she smile alot ? With those two hints, I can say I will get above average service 9 out 10 times.

I disagree, fellas. A WG who is "working the room" is a red flag- not the other way around. All over the world the most aggressive WGs in the club are usually the bitchiest once in the bedroom. They usually have to sell hard either because they are fat and/or unattractive and/or older and/or have a bad rep. I NEVER go with WG who approach me unless they recognize me froma past session and flag me down. I prefer to make the approach.

A time-proven way to figure out if she will be decent upstairs is to buy her a drink and sit with her. Even if you can't speak spanish her body language and behavior will give her away. If she is stiff and standoffish during the drink, move on. I'd rather waste $8 on a girl drink than $70 (and a pop shot) on a bad sexual experience. If you factor in a little extra cash for girl drinks to the cost your good results will be more consistent.

I have no money problem myself too but I try to bargain as much as possible when I am in TJ. Next time, try some SG's. It's hit and miss but it's definitely worth trying. You might find some hidden gems.

I always believe in the mechanics of sales. Salesman is the one who should approach the customer because customer is the king, or at least with cash. If the chica is just standing around with an aura of arrogance, it is most likely a red flag for a bad or mediocre service upstairs.

As was already pointed out, you have to make the approach. this is actually a great confidence builder for real life. Go up to a girl just like you would at a regular nightclub. I generally chat her up, maybe even buy her a drink and sit down and chat awhile (only an option if you have any Spanish skills). But, the great part is that you are 99% guaranteed to score. Nothing is 100%- some BGs won't go for you occasionally, but who cares. Have fun!

Went to TJ for the first time saturday. Picked up a lot of good pointers and insight from this thread, thanks.

Arrived at Adelitas around 12:30 and just for the heck of it took a walk around the block and could not believe the number of SG's. Most were pretty much dogs who I would not touch with your stick.

Went into Adelitas and took a seat for awhile to get a feeling of how things worked. Plenty of girls stopped by asking if I would buy them a drink or go upstairs. None of them were particurarly good looking, or intrested me, so I begged off.

There were, however, four in the room that I was intrested in. One in particular, a tall leggy blond who obviously knew she was the hottest in room, but never left the bar, pretty much kept her back to the room, and never talked to any guy while I was there.

The other three stood in the area at the left of the bar and only ocassionaly looked around the room. Several guys approached them, but most walked away. Only one of the three actually left with a guy.

I was fortunate to catch the eye of the one I was intrested in and motioned
her over.

I'm in my mid 50's, divorced, get along well with women in the 35 to 40 year old range, have a decent sex life, and no money problems.

When that 20 year old, slim, soft skinned cutie sat down next to me I new I was going unstairs real soon no matter the cost.

I was out of TJ by 3:30 one happy fella. The gas, parking, taxi, room and girl cost less than than a dinner for two in a good LA restaurant.

In Tijuana the sex providers are pretty laid back, especially in the smaller bars. The girls just won't approach you, especially the HOT looking ones. It's up to you to make contact. Next time walk right up next to her, and for sure she'll talk with you, either asking you if you want to go upstairs, or to buy her a drink. But if you feel she is ignoring you or she is indifferent towards you, I'd just choose someone else, because there are too many girls in the clubs that would jump at any attention you give them.

Adelitas isn't as laid back as the other clubs as there are plenty of girls walking around who will walk straight up to you and ask you if you want to take them upstairs. I usually just say to them, 'no thank you,' because it's usually the older gals, or the less better looking ones trying to get your attention. The HOT girls will rarely go up to you, and in the smaller bars, the girls might make eye contact with you, but again rarely will they go up to you.

In the smaller clubs you usually make contact with the girls by calling a waiter over, and asking him to bring the chica to you, and then buying her a beer. You don't have to do that, you can also just walk up straight to her.

Just got back from tj, adelitas was exactly what u guys described! I walked the block around the bar and saw the streets lined with sgs.
One thing puzzeled me though in adelitas, i saw this smoking hot chica that caught my eye and smiled at her she never made a move toward me. Her friend looked at me and i motioned her i was interested in her and she said something to her but she never turned around. I was in there a couple hours and watched her, she acted like the other girls in there standing and talking to each other, but she never went over to a guy. I'm wondering why she is in the bar if she is not working, she was wearing a skimpy outfit too.
I'm going back in a couple days, maybe try out hong kong or miami. Chicago bar was pretty dead saw maybe a dozen girls in there and only a few guys. Adelitas had at least 20 girls in and out.
