Getting busted at mp

New to this whole thing. Im only interested in Massage parlours and really dont go very often. When I do go its only to obscure above the store type places, none of the big spas. Also, when I do go its only for a handjob and if offred a pm. My question is, A) is this illegal, and B) what are the odds of getting in trouble with the police?
I would like to go every once in a while but when I do my paranoia of being arrested practically ruins the whole experience.
Any help would be appreciated.

Its kinda illegal but so long as its discrete nobody gives a shit.

Best times to go are during the day or early evening, but before 8PM
Worst times to go are thu-, fri- and saturday nights.

Reason being thats LE favourite time to bust and also most MP's get robbed between 8PM and 3AM
(or so I was told anyways)

If you are found there during a raid you will be busted. Probably charges, at least a record.

LE bust 2 or 3 a week.

Mostly bust the ones that generate complaints. Neighbours, stores, etc seem to dislike them.

So it is all odds.

"Fouind it" means it does not matter what you did or did not do with the girl. Same charge.

In that area of the law, you are better off being in the USA. Just being in a business that might have something going on thats illegal in another room doesn't mean you are breaking the law. It can but the law needs to prove that you were there for the same reason.

Overall its cheaper and "easier" to have "fun" in Canada than the USA but some of Canada laws seem unfair-not right, just my how I see it.

PS...thou I have never been in a MP that was raided, maybe if you do "scream" that you were just there for a back rub and nothing more and hire a lawyer, things can get worked out if its your first time, I don't know, I sure would hope so, lol

No way does LE bust 2 a week, unless its the smaller ones you're talking about

Places like Allure, HFH, Silhouette maybe get popped once a year, at the most.
And even then they're back the next week

The "license" is not the issue. Operating a body rub without a license is a bylaw infraction and the place could be shut down. That is an issue for the establishment, but not for the customer. The issue for customers is if the place has been found to be a "bawdy house" in which case it is a criminal offense to be "found in" such an establishment.

However, the good news is that a recent court ruling found that offering hand jobs with massages did not constitute prostitution, hence a parlour offering such services was not considered a bawdy house. Technically correct, but being "found in" is a crime - but consult a lawyer to understand the nuances of how that is defined.

Thats the whole point, a good lawyer could get you off (no pun) if you were just caught being massaged.
If the girl was into her pre-rub then you have a case since nothing happened.
But cops will for sure try to get you to sign an admission of guilt, they prolly have a boiler plate confession sheet ready for you to sign, all it needs is your signature.
And they may put quite a bit of pressure on you to sign it.

My advice is say listen officer, I think I might be in a bit of trouble and I like to consult my laywer and
not say another word. That is your legal right

Dont let the cops talk you into giving you just a citation or whatever, that citation may lead to other charges cause you're admitting guilt.

Anywho, thats my non-professional opinion, I never been caught (knock on wood), so
maybe that advice is all wrong

As been mentioned, cops will pressure you to admit receiving extras that the MPA has confessed everything. Cop will say let you off with lessen charge. So to incriminate yourself, MPA & owner!

Admit nothing. Wise MPA & Owner will deny extras & keep their mouth shut.

As long as towel is covering your vital, girl is dressed, no condoms or toys. Hard time proving their case. They're bank on your embrassment for cooperation.

Licenced low mileage MP without complains are less likely LE target. Nothing is for sure in life. Do your research & play safe (with your big head).

Best advice in the world if you re in trouble is NEVER TALK TO COPS. Never. Beyond stating that you understand & wish to exercise your rights ("I have nothing to say") Never Say Another Word. Can't stress it enough. Not one word to ANYone there. Not the cops, not the cellmates, not your family if they come in to visit or pick you up. Only speak when you are confiding with your legal rep & Only when he tells you the confidence is in effect & that you my proceed.

Every advantage is theirs. You cannot talk them out of, bargain them out of, or negotiate any outcome that they have not already decided they want. Don't bother trying to convince them of anything. They will just use whatever you have to say to fit their desired outcome. Don't try to make a deal with them....
