I've never posted before, but have been silently browsing for several months. Anyway, the reason that I decided to post today is because for the first time I ran into the law during this "hobby".

I was checking out a place in Richmond Hill, and luckily at the end of the session just as the MPA went to wash her hands, two York Region Police stormed into the MP. They came into my room, with only me sitting in the buff. They told me put my clothes on and then they'd question me.

They asked me how many times I had come here, if I knew what type of activities went on here, if the MPA did any questionnable acts on me during the session, if she was nude, and how much I paid her.

I've been to MP < 5 times, but each time I had received "extras" of some sort. Luckily this one time I asked the MPA for extras and she did not offer. I feel so relieved!

To answer the police's questions, I said that this was my first time. In reply to the type of activities, I said I think I knew what went on here but I never was offered anything by the MPA, and that only a :30 massage was done for $40.

They did write down my name from my driver's license and took down my phone number (which I'm a bit freaked out about). They said no charges would be laid since there was nothing "questionnable" going on -- thank goodness...

The police said that they were monitoring an organized crime ring that was smuggling these girls from overseas and pimping them to work.

In the end, they just let me go but advised me never to go to these places. They did ask the MPA for a license which she didn't have.

But my question is, does this happen often and why do they take down the contact information?

So be cautious of the York Region area non-licensed MP, and don't get caught with your "pants down" so to speak.

Question, what should you say to LE if you're caught in this situation? Remembering they're not stupid and also not admitting that you are doing anything illegal.

Sounds like you handled it well.

I've never run into LE at these, but I have been asked if I was a cop .

Better to play as dumb as you can, which is exactly what you did.

This was a new joint at Bayview & 16th Avenue in Richmond Hill, it is just east of that intersection by about 300m in a small plaza sunken below road level.

The reason I went is that I never noticed it there before. I drive along that route daily. When I was getting my massage, I asked the MPA and she said that they were only open two weeks.

Well hopefully they'll discard my name because right after I left, the police left the premises also. I guess lack of any material to go on.

It was quite embarassing... walking out of that joint with two cop cars with sirens on outside. There were a bunch of people going to their cars from the restaurant next door.

This reminds me of the time when my friends and I were doing some drinking at Scarborough Bluffs a few years back. A team of 10+ police officers stormed the beach and saw us tossing our booze into the bush. We thought we were toast, but they just took down our names and phone numbers and gave us a warning. Never heard about the incident since.

but why would u lie to the LE .. & post online that u lied 2 them .. it's been said that they monitor these boards ... now they know u lied 2 them & they have all your personal info ... doesn't seem that brite 2 me ...

I haven't lied to the LE. It was truly my first time at that MP, I really only paid $40 and only got the massage before the cops came in, and no extras were offered by the MPA. I mentioned in my first post that I was lucky that the MPA didn't offer extras during the session before the police came.

Relax, BC. You doged the bullet! They caught you AFTER the session with no girl around. Therefore, they couldn't prove you were involved in a sex act. And just going to an MP, by itself, is not against the law.

If they had anything on you, you would have been charged or threatened far more vigorously.

I suspect they just took your info as part of a mind game and to scare you a little.

You'll never hear from them again.

It's possible that they really did have a hard-on for this particular place. I have been visiting MP's since last Xmas and have never had any problem like this.

Is this an Asian place? I never go to them, the girls are often way too young and I bet 99% of the time they are illegals being forced to work there. We should not partonize these types of MPA'S.

Sure ninja, to some degree i may have exagerated though you have to look at the country of origin. How many Eastern European women are sold by their parents? It's almost epidemic in some parts of Asia, and guess where these girsl end up? Some in our MPA'S, disgusting if you ask me for that to happen to a gal.

Just being in a MP is grounds for being charged.
You can be charged with being a found in.
Unless you are actually in a room it will unlikely stick but being in a room no matter if you're dressed or not or alone or not, you can and likely will be charged as a found in

I can't believe that you went and didn't get any extras! I would've for sure... and if I happened to get caught in the act... or caught being acted upon... damn... i would've been toast too.

But I do wonder if they would charge you if the MPA was only handling your goods. Is that illegal?

If they are naked, I hear they may get charged, but that wouldn't affect you would it?

What if you were touching them? What charge could you get?

Oh, another thing I'd like to ask... did the MP lock the door behind you as you went in? How did the LE bust in? Do you know how long it took them from the time they busted in to the time they opened up your door? How long did they question you? Did the manager try to do anything?

I really feel for you. Especially when you left and all those damn people must have been watching. I would've stayed in the MP for longer, until any crowd there dissapated.

Very difficult legal line to define. A hand job is CERTAINLY prostitution. The Court of Appeal decided that FOR SURE in the Bondage Bungalow case a few years ago.

Recently a lower court judge decided that agressive grinding by nude dancers at a strip club on Keele against (clothed) male crotches was also prostitution. Whether that ruling will stand up is questionable.

Touching a nude girl n a non-erogenous zone is probably not an act of prostitution. It happens at strip clubs all the time and no-one gets charged. A nude girl handling your personal bits probably is prostitution, but no cases have straight-out said so yet in Ontario.

Touching a girls tits and pussy? Dice roll. could go either way.

What if the MPA was your actual girlfriend (or actually your wife or ended up becoming your wife) in that act. That would be a kick in the ass, now wouldn't it!

HJs should be legal and people should fight to make them legal as it is the safest and healthiest form of satisfaction....the real reason they aren't is so you don't see something like "HJ - $100" advertisements.

I never get an HJ, only a JH! Just keep it quiet, no one will be bothered, really. I disagree with the Asian comment. Many are legal Canadian citizens.

They just play sherriff from time to time because they have nothing else to do.....
