How does one fight against falling in love with your fave MPA?

this is exactly why I am so slow to repeat with MPA's no matter how good the session is. I started liking one MPA as more then a fun session very early and since I have not seen her (easy as she has left the industry here in TO for the moment) and is I repeat at all with a lady it is not for a long time and after sessions with several other ladies. does this mean I don't get the increased pleasure that seems to come from repeats? maybe but my head is fragile enough that I'm playing it safe.

I never understood how one of my friends fell in love with an MPA until I started having those feelings for the same MPA...now I understand. You tell yourself, this is not happening and is totally unrealistic and not feasible but she draws you in so effortlessly and subtlely that before you know it, you have feelings for her and long to see her as often as possible. She starts to invade your thoughts during the day and night and your whole focus on life starts to warp and focuses on your once or twice a week visits to her. Then when you get enough courage to actually ask her out, you are given plausible excuses which in the back of your mind, you know is basically a flat out rejection but you ignore that it is an outright NO and hope to ask her out again in the future.
Finally, after countless attempts, you realize you have fallen for the all those lines but it's too late, you have somehow unwittingly, fallen in love with her....how long will it take to get over her...you search for someone, anyone to replace her charms but you can't....Keep trying to find someone else, I guess?

That's one of the risks we take. The unfortunate truth is the closer we get to a MPA, the better the session and the more likely we are to cross that line. Many of us have done this or at least run along the edge. I've been lucky so far but......

Everyone deals with unrequited love differently. My advice is to stay away from her and the MP she works at. You will get over it in time. Good luck.

figurehead, just so you know despite some of these posts not all these girls get you to fall for them on purpose. in my case it was anything but I'm sure, so it can and does happen by accident. as for those who do it on purpose (and I had one try, anyone online about a year ago will remember that one possibly) are less prevalent then those just treating it as a job and taking whatever comes IMHO.

The best advice is AS SOON AS the slightest feeling beyond a professional relationship starts,

STOP!!! seeing her right there and then,

and see others right away. If you do not you are setting yourself up for trouble.

A client getting together (in a loving relationship) with an MPA is like winning the lotto. It does (possibly) happen, but statistically it is pretty much impossible.

See different MPAs, it is a warning sign if you see only one.

This thread reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld when Jerry was dating the masseuse (the kind that doesn't give "extras"). Jerry was getting annoyed that she wouldn't give him a free massage.

Someone made an analogy to our own day jobs. But hte analogy was off a bit. Client / businessperson relationships aren't wise in any industry.

But ....

I think the type of analogy that's more accurate is when any of us get asked by our clients to work extra time for no money or to do someone a "favor" by doing work pro bono for them outside of business hours. Noone's heard about the doctor who is asked to look at someone's sore back while they're at a party? Or asked a lawyer for a quick legal opinion in a chat room (I'm guilty as charged on that one).

An interesting question is what happens when a guy who is dating an MPA or SP (without first knowing what she does) is told what she does.

"You mean you'll do that for them and not for me? And we've been dating for 3 weeks already? Guess I'll have to book you now to see what it's like."

This happened to a work college of mine. He saw this one mpa a few times. He told me he got high mileage, and that they really clicked. He fell hard, but she was obviously not interested, and he was very heartbroken. I told him to remember that he's paying these girls for the fantasy, and to not let it get personal. But as we all know, we can't always control our feelings.

Don't just blame the hobbyist so quick everytime a date was proposed, especially from a newbie - is it not possible that the "seasoned" MPA, by doing her usual, "teased (or mindf..ked)" the newbie into making the dating proposal, then turned him down and made fun of him after the session was completed? Just imagine how powerful this MPA would feel. Call this "fast track MF" or "accelerated MF". IA, who overheard the conversation, probably can shed light on this.

I had the same experienve but with a Dancer.. Not going to mention names or where she work. But anyway I fell in love with this girl spent tons of money on her at the club!. Eventually I figure out that she had someone else.. So I asked her one night to me up front with me. And she spilled her guts.. She is marrried and have a little daughter. I eventually got to meet her husband and we are pretty good friend ever since. Now she is not with him anymore but we still keep in contact. I don't know if she is danceing still though.. Last time i spoke to her she wanted to get out of the whole danceing feild. Her daughter is growning up etc etc..


It could happend but WARNING !! to all the guys who do.. They all play with your hearts. They know what buttons to push and they get what they wanted. BECARE FULL !! It turned out for me that the one that I apprently fell in love with is a great person to me. We are still good friends.

No I do not think that the owners come into the equation here. The girls are just following the natural inclination of human nature.

So far we have all been looking at this from our perspective. Lets look at it from their's.

Next time that you are in a mall grab a mental snapshot of the first ten women that you see. (No not the teenage chicks! ) Now pretend that they are your regular clients. A few of them try to push the limits every time they see you. They want to ram their fist up your ass and see if they can get away with spitting in your face. They even have a review board where they ask if anyone knows of a nice fellow like you that would allow them to spit in their face. The rest are mostly nice enough, though for the most part unattractive house wives.

Now they keep falling in love with you. They throw money and compliments at you and ask you out. After a while you like all the money and attention. At first you try and protect these women from themselves and then you get jaded and say what the fuck and then basic human nature takes it's course.

Now be honest!!! How many of you have told a girl that you love her because you knew that is what she wanted to hear and you wanted to keep on boning her? You evil evil men!!! Get what I am saying?
