My HTC Hero is a bit laggy and I'm guessing it's because of all of the Text messages that I have on it. [Got over 10,000] But, when I try to delete any of them, the phone screen just goes black and none of my messages are deleted. I'm not able to receive any messages either. Besides refreshing my phone into it's store bought form, is there anything else I can do?
if your HTC is anything like mine (wildfire) you should be able to go into each contact, and see the SMS's you have received from them, why don't you try and delete them that way.. starting with the person you text the most!
