Is there any hope for this client?
I think I already have a new client to "replace" this one!
I could cancel her appointment for tomorrow. She's already emailed me about the rain and the flooding situation and she fears not being able to get to my house. She knows that there is an alternative route to my house that never floods, but she's being dramatic. Her email was filled with little passive-aggressive comments as if she's doing me some kind of favor by trying to keep her appointment.
I may just cancel her and be done with it? I'm thrilled with my new client though! I really liked working with her and she wants to maintain a standing appointment!
