Brand new, only opened yesterday or the day before. I doubt that too many people have been inside. Very close to one of my properties, been watching it being renovated. Am about to toftt this weekend or something.

Cant be theirs, those reviews are from years ago, I know the building, the place had no sign a month ago, doors still shuttered a few days ago, no clue how they could have reviews as old as 5 years.

I looked up the phone number in one of the old reviews, it links to Q Massage which no longer exists (but was also at a different address so not sure how it got combined). The old address for Q Massage is now the address for HK Foot Massage.

Stopped in out of curiosity as i drive by as well. never trust the photo guys. we know this. the place is bare bones. i decided to stay for HH. Massage was not great because she seemed to think she needed to pack her 60minute moves into 30. rushed and a bit rough. but started the tease quite early, really worked the reach under aggressively if you're into that. didn't rush the flip though. Coco, middle aged, not my type really, nothing to write home about, standard cheap looking accommodations and semi legit action. no need to return.

First impressions is so important. With sparse furnishings, service that does not warrant a repeat, not sure how long they can survive.

I stopped in on Friday and got Coco. She is likely close to 50, cute enough but yes average looking. English not great but we made do just fine. I had an excellent therapeutic massage, mixed with some skilled relaxation techniques that proved Coco is not new to this industry. I left happy, but my tip was higher than the normal ask and maybe not the greatest VFM. I agree the spa itself is pretty basic, but most of them are. I would repeat but not in a rush.

Wow, busy place last weekend.

Its a one and done for me. Greeted by one very average Auntie who told me that another girl, Coco, would give me the massage. I might be wrong but Coco looked slightly familar to me. Maybe she worked at Q massage under a different name before it became HK Foot Massage? Or maybe it was somewhere else. She is a bit softer and rounder than I prefer. Against my better instincts I stayed. Her medium massage was very average. Call it 6/10. As luvsluvsmassage observed in his review, her reach under is a little rough. Felt like she was wrestling a venoumus snake to ground. Polar opposite of memories of Daisy at Labella.
The shower is behind its own door across the hall. I didn't enjoy the return walk of shame as the door to the reception area was wide open and I could clearly see the traffic on Gateway . No hooks to hang your clothes in the massage room. Slighly wider massage table with a proper headrest.

First I want to say how GREAT it is that so many of you TOFTT. It is truly refreshing to see such behaviour as opposed to the customary who is the GOAT questions which seem to appear every day now.

Abide a little late, I did drop in at Jasmine. The establishment is located in one of those basic 1970s concrete block industrial structures. As you enter through the well lit front glass entrance, you are in a small reception/waiting area. I did a walk through of the place. All of the basic necessities are there. As you enter through the second doorway, shower to the right, a good size washroom. Two massage rooms on the left. A couple more doors down the hall, may be four massage rooms in total? They should keep the door to the waiting area closed as it will be hard for anyone to use the shower; if you look straight down the hallway through the clear glass entrance, you are looking straight on to the busy Gateway Boulevard.

The decoration in massage room is dominated by a wall of painted concrete blocks; it feels exactly like it looks, cold and industrial. It is, however, clean. At a semi-legit massage place, all I really care is cleaniness. All of the equipment appears new and functional; new table, new sheet, new towel warmer, new towels.

Only one lady available when I dropped by and she is not new. 40ish, 5'5"ish, a little rounder than I like but looked okay. She smiled as if she recognized me so I may have seen her before; but I honestly can't place her; she just blend in with one of a hundred middle aged Chinese masseuses I have met. Her English is poor, impossible to carry on a conversation. She did say her name when I asked but I honestly have no clue what she said, I will listen better next time. The massage was okay; actually by semi-legit standards, above average. If you are looking for a real massage, she is better than most; I would venture a guess that she had some proper trainings. When it is time for the flip, I opted for just the basic. Then there is the whisper for more, yes there is more; as usual, ymmv as she seemed to have recognized me. I stuck with just the basics as I really wasn't in the mood for "more".

Basic pricing is standard, no more, no less; but I think her prices for "more" are below average, decent vfm if you are looking for "more". The place is clean and functional, I probably won't return for the same girl but will probably come back to see if there are other talents.

By the way, there are two parking spots in front of the shop, you are parked right along Gateway Boulevard with your license plate pointing to the street for the thousands driving by to see. I personally don't care but for those who care... well, you really have no choice as the parking area is really small, each unit has 2 parking spots only and there is really no convenient street parking near by.

Needadub's review said he met two people there; not sure. If there is only one masseuse, that means I must have seen CoCo as well.
