After seeing meeting Judy on a previous visit to Annie spa I decided to make an appointment. Coco ( the manager) said she does great service. I made the appointment for 3;30
I arrived about 10 minutes early. Coco asked me to wait in their private room where the ladies usually stay. In there, was another guy already sitting there ( which was very uncomfortable). I told Coco that I had an appointment at 3:30. She concurred and said she'll be available in 15 minutes. All the rooms were busy, so I told her I'll wait in my car and call me when Judy is ready. I get a call 15 minutes to come in. And Coco proceeds to put me in one of the fee rooms and says Judy is just washing up. Coco also asked me for 160 and to pay up front. I laugh and said I usually pay 120 especially on first visits. We go back and forth she tries me at 140. She could see that I was getting annoyed we settle and 120 but again says you pay now. My voice became quite loud now so she said ok ok pay later. Red flag #2. I never ever had a good experience when paying for service ahead of time.
I get undressed and lie down waiting.
Waiting.... waiting....waiting.....I could see from the cctc cameras Judy walking in and out of rooms up and down the hallway quite busy. But she doesn't come in. Now I'm annoyed, as it's over half hour since Coco said to come in. It was obvious to me that Judy was taking care of another customer as I waited.
Finally Judy comes in 45 minutes after Coco called me back from the parking lot. I soon realize she has zero English but she does know how to say...you pay first. I argue and ask her get Coco. Coco pleads with me and says Judy new and her trust level is still low so please pay first. I finally conceed and pay Judy.
She comes back in with a relatively good demeanor. I usually like to do the service first then massage. She proceeds to disrobe and reveals a very nice above average body. Her face is mcot. Very cute, with dimples, sweet in a sexy way with a very anticipating giggle and stare. I got excited and proceeded to let my hands rome. She obliged but was unusually at a distant between my body and hers. There was an obvious resistance when I pulled her close as she didn't want my private parts touche her body. So much for a great body slide. I coax her to let's try laying down on the table. She did allow me to kiss her body but again our lower halves didn't really mesh. Obviously no lfk . I decided to try Italian. With no English it was tough but she eventually turned over. I was able to start Italian but I could see she was hesitant. I decided to finish quickly and sprayed her back and butt. I think was shocked at how much I came. She jumped off the table and went to shower. I was left to clean myself up, no extra towel and had to wait for a new table wrap. She came in some time later and proceeded to give me a average massage. Red flag #3, she tried to end the session early. I reminded her that I have 7 minutes left. Needless to say any type of relaxed experience turned into annoyance.
It became obvious why both coco and Judy wanted to get paid beforehand. Cuz the way they let clients wait forever and provide sub par service clients can't just simply leave if they already paid.

Special note about Coco the manager. I usually tell the owner if I had a below average experience. I called her by phone after I left cuz there was lots of ppl in the hallway and rooms. I explained my situation but for those of you who know coco she overruns the conversation with all kinds of crap like she great right, you come back right, we give you special service...and she doesn't listen. Once she realized I was upset she simply hung up on me. After repeated attempts to call back she just hangs up. So obviously no attempt to mitigate the situation and avoid negative review. I won't be back even with great mpas like suki who work there.
