I am a regular JR customer myself, where did you get the info they had five girls on shift daily? Is that usual 3 girls plus the receptionist and the boss sitting at the front? Don't get me wrong, I love to go to JR. But don't fabricate based on non facts.

The boss is right not to lower the door fees . Even with this $60/hr door fee , they are still having some low life asses time to time. The receptionist told me a brown guy in his early 30s booked a lady for one hr this morning and left at 25 minutes mark just throwing $20 at the receptionist because the masseuse refused to provide him with the holistic spa kind of service he requested. Just wonder why he came to semi legit spa if he's looking for extreme extras? It happened to another lady last night as well just gave the receptionist $10 tip for masseuse and left saying he has no money after getting HE. That's why I don't blame the girls now if they ask for tips . They got robbed time after time, again and again lately.

Agreed, they should ask new customers for tips, plus, a more prominent, visible security camera or signage about security surveillance would keep a lot of the low life away, real hobbyists would not be concerned about security cameras.
