Would have liked to have seen her tonight, didn't work out because Seduction, for its amazing roster, can't seem to schedule to save their lives. I booked in the afternoon for a late night appointment, was asked to confirm at 10, which I did, though I asked to move it back by 30 minutes,which they said was fine. I showed up on time and was told she left halfway through her shift and that they don't call back about cancelations because of privacy reasons. Oddly, just yesterday they saw fit to waive that rule, but anyway...told me Shina was available until 4. I booked for an hour, and was shown to the room by Shina. While I was showering, she came back in and apologized profusely because she had been double booked and was not, in fact, free for the rest of the night. In fact, she was booked up. Really not her fault and I told her as much but the whole experience was super frustrating and it's not even the first time.

The more entertaining part to me is they do the scheduling on a computer unlike premier where it’s just a binder lol.

You’d think it would be easier and faster to check this stuff on a computer.

I am entirely in agreement that the handling of this entire situation was unacceptable. While the chain of events that led to this outcome was an improbable sequence of issues on our end, it nevertheless should not have happened. We have switched to electronic appointment tracking, where the only way a person could be double booked is if the original appointment wasn't properly recorded.

I have addressed these issues with our managers to ensure this doesn't happen again.

lmao, these seduction stories reminds me of the time I made a booking for Krystal, called ahead and reconfirmed, and then got to the spa to find out they had triple booked the same time slot cause we had the same name. I just walked out after that, but lesson learned. Use a more unique alias next time.
