Did not say it’s not possible, but difficult, expensive and with very uncertain outcomes. Often the surgery results in very odd sounding voices apparently and carries some risk. At least that is what I was told by a casual acquaintance I used to play soccer with in my youth and that has been undergoing transition for the last couple of years. Her pitch has changed somewhat through vocal training, not surgery, but it is still unmistakably not female.

Anyway not taking any sides here, is Nazi a real girl or not, don’t really care. Main reason I have decided not to see her, well before all this latest commotion lol, is that I have a chronic back issues and her strength and creative techniques scare me shitless.

I couldn't agree more with your reasoning for not seeing her. If you have back issues, there is a chance she will hurt you. Not on purpose, just the result of the aggressive nature of her massage stretches. If she took her time and her English was better, it would be less risky. She could check in with you to see if its ok, not too much, etc. However her English is poor and she is very aggressive and just stretches and pulls you in weird and sometimes difficult/painful positions.
