you have to consider several factors: 1) there are not a lot of japanese mpas working in the industry and there is a huge demand for them. Supply and demand
2) they are young girls. Young girls command more money.
3) you will most likely get more services unlike other spas. very rarely the mpas at low end spas offer lfk, bbbj or dfk, etc.
