No, I am simply referring to the Brampton Bylaw as it stands now. No where in the bylaw does it say that there must be 2 feet on the ground at all times. Mississauga's Body Rub bylaw stipulates however that you must have 2 feet on the ground at all times which is why they don't advertise bodyslides on their websites.
