Just because you're not familiar with the term, doesn't mean it's not commonly used in this hobby. Similar to many languages, slang terms sometimes vary from place to place. The GTA does not have a monopoly on the industry and its vernacular.
Another often used term elsewhere that I don't recall having seen here is Self Serve Jack Shack, again, a DIY establishment.

I'm looking for "do it myself" as opposed to DATY. So ideally a solid massage with some tease. I'm totally okay with no HE or any extras. I prefer to take care of myself. But cheap and solid massage is a must.

LOL.. I am a Daty man myself so DIY is dining in the Y is all i know. I don't think I can ever do it myself infront of a lady. It's kinda wierd to me.
