Sales might be down but the price is still extremely high to buy. Low inventory is one of the reasons why SALES are DOWN and a big contributing factor why the price per sq ft has doubled in the past 1 and a half. A 10,000 sq ft building we thought was overpriced at $250/sq ft in Q2 2021 sold for $400/sq ft ONE year later.
