as most of you know, i have been around this board for quite some time now, and yes, i had to add my two cents worth to this....
bsangel, read the posts if you like, but take them with a grain of salt, it is up to you how you want to take them...sometimes they help point out what you had not seen before and sometimes they are better left ignored....there are just as many clients out there as there are mpa's to encounter and sometimes you get the few good ones and sometimes you get the unbearable ones...it goes both ways on both sides....
this board may have started out as a review board, but i don't think anyone objected to mpa's coming on and responding....sometimes it even helped when we did....clients have options to contact a mpa through pm's or emails and get information ahead of time....
over time, i have found that are few posters that go over the top in their comments and to not expect this is to go in here blind...not every review is going to be good...that would defy the point of the board....
i think courtesy is what we are asking as an mpa, and to pause a moment before you hit the submit button....

Have to agree with Big Ben. In an industry where business depends on performance you have to take the rough with the smooth. Read some theatre and restaurant reviews, they can be pretty scathing but people still go to the shows and the restaurants. If you don't want to know what people are saying about you don't look, it's a form of masochism otherwise!!
