I visited them last week and had a really good deep tissue massage from Michelle, all legit. I had a cramp in my calf from the day before and she worked out several knots in my quads. Legs hurt afterward (the good kinda sports hurt) but felt fabulous after that. She put on some Chinese massage oil before I left, it was similar to A535.

All legit and a very good therapeutic massage.

I went there last night but Gloria was on her day off.. Wendy who I have seen for several years answered the phone when I called...and she knew it was me. I asked who was working, and she told me who all was working. SO..I said ' well I hear Wendy is quite good, so I'll book her'... She laughed and off I went. Wendy is very aware that I have been seeing some other massage therapists and I hoped that this would make her more relaxed in offering the mighty HE...... She started off very light but responded well when asked for more pressure. Her style is more of an "accupressure" massage- locating and massaging reflex points that help relax the body. As many of these points are located in the gluteus maximus she spent a fair amount of time on my butt. She seemed a little inexperienced but trained. Before I knew it she was saying "massage done!" and all she did was my back, butt, and legs- no flip, no tease. I blame myself for assuming she was going to do a full body massage. With Annie when I have a special request she gives me the full body with an extra 5 min. on my problem area. With some more experience I think she will be swamped with clients- definitely will try again!

I was a noob back then, so the ladies usually picked their regular clients. I noticed then that Anna (younger than Annie) was using youtube to watch massage technics. Over the past year since then, when I've gone there and Annie was either busy or not working, I had several sessions with Anna. Massage was below average at the time with no hints of extra and would go near the boys. But, well over a year and building a good relationship with Anna whenever Annie was unavailable, she's gotten better in her technic and a surprise this past Christmas, she started teasing the boys which led to a bit of extra. I don't know if it was a change in policy or just building that trust between regulars, but I've never asked for extras but liked the undraped massage, but all of a sudden after a year there, I've had some more teasing and HE from Annie, Anna and Wendy. Now they may ask you to finish while they help but after several times they may actually fix the problem themselves.

I haven't seen Rose there in a while and it sounds like Gloria is new. So hopefully Gloria and Rose sticks around and becomes that gem in the making.

I thinks that's why the 4 hands experience helps in their training. Then the inexperienced ones like Gloria can do a session with one of the vets and know or feel comfortable with what they kinda giggle at now.

So don't give up on them that early. Some of us will have to take one for the team for 1) they stay in the business and 2) with her being stunning and young, train her to the level of any one of the vets there. If she's that attractive, I for one, would go and invest in her. Hopefully, she sticks around and gets better.

Well said, good skills and customer service and service attitude are not born or gifted overnight. It takes time to develop. Yes may take a year or two at the earliest. From my experience, the older MILFs or Aunties seems to give me better HE because they developed it over the "years". Sure some of them are past their prime and not much to look at, but closing the eyes combo with the great hand skills, its quite pleasurable. The young ones you guys are talking about are great to look at and fantasize, just that they are so "fresh", they are still learning themselves.
I have to take it that this is not Asia, where the skills are learnt earlier and honed quite quickly due to volume and competition. If you do not do well, you will not get repeat business, you will not earn a living and you will starve. The family pressures in Asia is too great to earn a living.
Its a necessity to do well, not an option. Here its an option in North America.
I do not want to sound like exploitation or bear grim news but its a reality when I was visiting and those girls showed me and opened my eyes.
