My chiropractor of 30 plus years retired. I don’t miss his neck adjustments and some other punishments he dished out, but I do miss the excellent massage therapists he employed over the years. I’ve been feeling my age, lately I’ve seen a few masseuses to work on the knots in my shoulders and lower back.

I highly recommend Nicole at J & J Massage. She is strong despite her petite stature and can press much harder than I require. She has very good hand, forearm and elbow techniques. If you ask, she will climb up and use the rails on the ceiling to press her heels and toes into your sore parts. I don’t always need this treatment, but each time I’ve asked for it I’ve left the clinic with a spring in my step.

I like her personality. She’s not bubbly but very positive and friendly. She is a beautiful person. I think she is conscious of her English and content to be politely quiet. Her speech is thoughtful and genuine, though limited. Her age is somewhere between zero and infinity, probably closer to zero. It’s hard to tell.

The reception area, treatment rooms and especially the bathrooms/showers are very clean. Maybe not dental station clean, but certainly as clean as most medical offices or chiropractic centres. The other staff seem friendly and respectful.

I have seen her recently also and can say that I did enjoy the session. She has very soft hands and her touch is very pleasant. Her massage skills are average, nothing really great. I would rate it 5 out of 10. I don’t think she had much actual training, just picked up a few moves here and there... She was super friendly and very attentive. I left very happy.

Don’t think I’ll ever go back there. If you like granny’s, have at her. The lady I got must have been late 50s or even in her 60s.
Was glad it said no extras on the room wall.
To be fair though, her massage was ok.
Better choices out there with fun time.
