Some of these idiots seem to think these girls want to die working there or something.

Just like everything else in life, people move on from jobs and situations. They think these girls are trying to stay there to work to become the CEO.....

People bitch about not having new girls. But then complain the service is no good when the new ones come in. New talent will come in and out from turnover at any job, and some of these new girls are new to the business, it will take time and a bit of patience to get them acclimated to their jobs. Just like every other normal job.

Of course turnover is expected in this industry. When Nour left we had no problem getting an explanation that she got a proper job and moved on with her life. If girls go back home we are told that as well. But when popular girls drop off schedule suddenly with no rhyme or reason, something is usually up. I can't be the only one who's heard some interesting stories about this place. I mean there is a reason turnover is higher than usual and the girls are charging more in the room.

No business owes any of their customers any explanations as to why their staff have left the job or company.

From most conversations that I have with the "intelligent" girls in this business. They all have a timeframe or a idea of how much money they need or want before they leave the business. People drop off the schedule or in life due to personal reason mostly. If people want to assume the turnover is due to the workplace then let your mind roam. The fact that almost all the new girls that I ask how they got into the business or found OCM was through a referral or friend who worked there.... So if the place was so bad, why the hell would they refer their friend to work there?

Your though makes no sense.. The turnover is high because the girls charge more in the room? How is that the spas fault? And because they charge more and can't get more they leave?

As BS4ME said, girls move around in this industry for a variety of reasons (including to get away from gross clients like some of those posting on this thread) and don't tell their former spa why they left. When Yuki knows the reason she shares it, but has no obligation to tell us anything. Most of the time she probably has no idea why they left or if they're coming back, but probably feels compelled to try and say something to satisfy the idiots who keep demanding an explanation. No spa is perfect, but Yuki does a great job finding new girls and works hard to ensure her customers have fun and are treated fairly no matter how annoying some of those customers are. I wish guys would spend more time posting reviews rather than wasting everyone's time posting lies and speculation about things that are none of their business. End of rant.

It's no secret the girls no longer get part of the room fee. Hence a higher cost to us which is everything nowadays. A lot of gems have moved on, I'm sure there's a reason. Yuki is good at sourcing variety. But I rarely leave feeling it was worth it now.
