Well, I certainly consider myself a good customer. Always on time, always tip well, clean, respectful, etc. I, like yourself, rarely post anything regarding my sessions. I respect the privacy of the attendants, and only post when it is an alarming issue, positive or negative.
Since my posting, I've been in touch with Joy. As great business owners do, she understood the issue at hand, and was very accomodating in our resolution. I think that Joy is a very dedicated business owner, who ultimately just wants to keep her customers happy. And that, I definitely commend her for.
I definitely did not post this review to attack anyone or anything or to get anything in return. I think from the very fact that there were so many opinions being shared on this topic, that we acknowledge this to be an ongoing issue...we can all agree that we could wilfully spend our hard earned money elsewhere if the service isn't good one way or another...
