Thanks for the pointer. I regularly do googles for "Playschool", which is the correct spelling, although it seems that "Playskool" is being used quite frequently now these days. Playskool is in Nana. No probs, I'll just have check for "Playskool" as well.

Last time I went to "Playschool" whil I was in LOS.

They almost pushed me in and I had to order immeaditely. While I was waiting for my drink, I looked around and immeadetely went out !

You can have a drink first, then ibf the girl if you like her and the girl will cost 1000 bath max first night, and after that depends how much you get along together! Sometimes just food and drinks!


Andin Kata and Karon, between lets admit the fairly ugly ones, there was always a "special" girl, who took care of me much better then many girls in Patong, where the scene is heavier

I can fully understand why you thought I was having a bit of a go at you.
Firstly, if you look at post number 32 of this thread you will see that the time in the UK was well into the small hours of the morning. I also had 6 cans of Stella Artois under my belt (affectionately known in the UK as 'wife beater'). I had just got in the house from a long stint at work and when I read the post I must admit I didnt agree with some things, even though I didnt mean to personally have a go at you.
When I said I have read a lot of your posts it was meant to come across as 'I have read your posts and this one was different to the rest'.

You tried to give a list of generalizations about 'how it is' in Patong. You asked what people thought, and I said bollocks. Mainly for the reason that 'beauty' is subjective. It is down to the individual, so you cannot say 'go go ' girls are 'better' than bar girls.

That was the main point.

I also asked if you were from America for this reason - In the USA, going with hookers is a lot more frequent than in the UK and 3,000 baht when converted into US dollars is not really a lot of money, but the guys in the UK know not to pay that much, but guys from the US still seem to think it is ok because their mind is still thinking along US prices.

As for the point about being a 'homo' I know you never ever called me that. The point of that was to say that even though I love to stuff ladyboys up the do-do hole (and people might class me as a homo) I have infact been with a LOT of thai women and feel I can express my opinion on 'beauty' of go-go/bar girls.

This is a good question. In BKK, there is no question in my mind that the quality of the girls at the Nana gogos is way above the quality of the girls in the casual bars. On my 1st two tours, it seemed like you could still find the occasional diamond in th rough, so to speak, at Cowboy or one of the Sukhumvit bars, but not last April.

In Patong, it's not so cut and dry. At the casual bars, there are, you may have noticed, a lot of BGs that you would wonder how they can make a living at all, 'cause they aren't very good looking. Or maybe it's just me, I'm pretty choosy. But there are also many very good loooking BGs, too. Also, since the BGs aren't naked when you meet them, you might find more flaws when you see them w/o clothes, particularly the stretch marks from having babies.

So I guess you could say that the average quality is higher in gogos, because fewer unattractive ones, and fewer flaws. But there are some really beautiful BGs out there, as good or better than any gogo girl. You just have to find them and fight off the other guys trying to deal them. The best lookers can get pretty choosy themselves, especially at Xmas time when the bars are bustling with horny guys with money in pocket. Also, I think gogo girls are more tuned in to the $$$. BGs want to make money, of course, but are maybe a little more tuned into having fun and/or going with a guy who appeals to them. I've known a few who won't go w/ a guy who doesn't look like he is 35 or under, and handsome. They would go with those guys for 1000 Baht, but turn down older guys and average guys at twice the money. I think a gogo girl would go for the money.

I don't look for a 10, and am sometimes intimidated if I find one. If they have what I am looking for and meet my "minimum standard", which is high, but starts to drop at about 2:00 AM after many drinks, then I don't mind a few flaws. I prefer BGs, because I feel gogo girls are too focused on money alone, and sometimes a little colder. I'll take the BGs 9 times out of 10.

Of course these are only my thoughts, and generalizations, at best. Every body's different. What do the other BMs think on this subject? :cheers:

You may get a gogo girl for 1000 bht but she won't be that good looking and I usually don't fly half way around the world to shag the ugly ones.

If you only want to pay 1000bht best stick to BG"s.

Some gogo girls are better looking but there are also some nice BG's around if you take the time to find one.

Generally I use the gogo's as a bit of a change from beer bars remember variety is the spice of life.

Bg's tend to sit around in bars all night and like to go out after to disco what ever, gogo girls are dancing all night and don't mind going for a beer and a game of pool after work or at least that's the way I figure it. With the money you save on not taking them out it's about the same in the end either way you're paying no matter what.

I find that if I am BF a BG on a regular basis having an Agogo is a lot safer then takin a BG from another bar - Reason being is that the Agogo girl has to stay in the Agogo until BF'd or when she is going home - She is less likely to blow your cover...

So if I am BFing a BG in Soi Eric a lot and want a change - I will BF an Agogo from Playschools without having to get to see her. I normally stay at the C&N Hotel so I can still BF a Soi Seadragon BG after BFing a Playschool Agogo (but not the other way around). I tend to leave Tiger BG's till last as they can see my every move on the way home - But you can still do Tiger Disco if you sneak a bit - And then finally I hunt FL at Tai Pan either very late at night or last in my trip as the place is too close to my hotel...

It does make sense - Trust me...

Obviously the choice of directionaly BFing has to be modified to suit either your hotel location or your tuk tuk drop/pick-up point....

It all sounds a little bit complicated does'nt it - But I think other BM may agree with some of my strategies...
