Are you sure? I am not too sure about the rental, but I guess at least 1k per month for a cubicle? I am not into rental. But lets say it is, then they have to service at least a customer a day at 40 dollars each to cover rental and overhead, not to mention their pay!

Visited the Reviewiends Health Centre at the 3rd floor. Had juagen by the lady called Alice. Quite good. Including entrance fee and the juagen altogether for 1/2 hr is S$50 ($20 entrance fee + $30 juagen). I find it okay.

Survey the rest of the place. A letdown compared to a few months ago. Not many pretty gals and most of them cannot make it.
