PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police and prosecutors say at least two women were abused by a massage therapist at the Fly Dream Massage at 5621 SE Woodstock Blvd.
According to court documents Feng Sheng Chen is accused of sexually abusing at least two women in the Portland area earlier this year. The first incident occurred on October 19, 2024. A woman told police the massage began as any other massage would until she was asked to flip onto her back.
The woman told officers the therapist then proceeded to massage her genital area and breasts while his groin was directly above her head. She said her breasts and genital areas were being massaged with the therapist asking her, "Are you a teenager?" and complimenting her on her strength. She said she was too scared to stop him.
Another woman contacted police about an incident on January 9 at the same massage parlor, and said she didn't sign any intake paperwork. The woman also said the suspect "massaged her legs and up to her upper groin."
The suspect, identified as Feng Sheng Chen, 59, was arraigned Wednesday on three counts of third-degree sex abuse. He remains in custody on $5,000 bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 25.
Portland Police believe there could be more victims.
Editor's note: Staff at the Multnomah County Jail told KATU that fingerprints indicated his real name is Cheng Man Yan.
