Its changing again. You have to sign up through their website. They must be too busy, obviously they want to cut down on the number of clients.
Starting on Tuesday August 4th all clients will be required to verify their cell phone numbers through our website before making an appointment. This will apply to all clients, including those who have already visited the spa since our reopening in June.
We are making these changes to enhance the security of our wonderful ladies, and also to make more appointments available to our very best clients by screening clients who abuse their anonymity by not showing up for their appointments or canceling with inadequate notice.
Verifying your phone number is a very simple, quick procedure that you will only need to do one time. Full details about registering your cell phone number can be found on our website sign up page which is now operational:

Please register your number as soon as possible. After August 3rd even long time clients will no longer be able to make appointments without your number being registered in our system. Once your cell number is confirmed you can continue to make all appointments exclusively by phone. Needless to say your privacy is incredibly important to us, and our sign up page contains full details explaining how your discretion is always assured.
Another recent change is that clients are no longer required to call and confirm appointments at the beginning of the shift. Our website schedule will always be maintained with a high degree of accuracy in real time, so if by chance your attendant takes the day off or leaves during her shift this will immediately be reflected on our online schedule.
Please be sure to double check our website to make sure the lady you booked is still on schedule before you come to the spa, and also feel free to call right before you visit to double check all is in order with your appointment.
We are now only allowing one client at a time in our reception areas and we’re so grateful about how positively this new policy has been received. Our managers have really enjoyed pampering you one person at a time, and we’re delighted how much this has enhanced client privacy as well as providing the absolute maximum social distancing every visit.
So to make any appointment you only need to call twice: the first time to make your booking, and the second time to let us know you have arrived in the parking lot and are ready to enter for your appointment. We will call you back to let you know when it is time to come in if we can’t serve you immediately.
